The Coulters team are amazing. We cannot sing their praises high enough, especially Jennifer Lewis for always keeping us informed on how the sale of our house was going as well as keeping us sane during the sale process. We would like to thank Jill Andrews and Sharon Shanley for all the legal work. They kept us informed and up to date throughout the process, and made what is normally a stressful process, flow seamlessly. To be honest all the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We hadn’t moved house for 17 years and the process is now very different. Coulters, in one word, fantastic. In several words they are efficient, timely, extremely professional and they do care. We were lucky to sell very quickly but having access to Coulters portal meant we had an at a glance overview of our viewings and feedback. Importantly there are no hidden costs and we have also found the legal stage of selling equally efficient. Moving home is stressful but it’s a whole load less stressful if you use Coulters. We sold with Coulters in North Berwick earlier this year, at a time when we had to be southern England for family reasons. We effectively handed the keys to Sophie and asked her to sell the house in our absence, so she handled all viewings and secured our sale. After that, Jennifer took over as the sale progressed, which was not smooth for reasons outside of Coulters control. But I believe the true measure of excellence is how the firm handles things going wrong. We also used Aidan at Coulters in Edinburgh as our conveyancer - they are all a brilliant team and I would highly recommend them.
