I would never ever use this agency again , not only were the staff extremely hard to get hold off and took a while to reply to emails etc they had little experience and cost me money through their lack of knowledge and not following through potential sales properly , the owner Mark Coulter was obnoxious and up himself and extremely rude to both me and my husband , we were warned not to use this company and I wish we would have listened .please use other established estate agents and avoid the cowboys ,

Coulter’s have mamaged my property for a number of years now through a change of tenner too and I am unable to fault their service. From the very first contact and the whole initial process of letting the flat to new tennents, Marcus and the team at Coulter’s made it easy and completely hassle free. With clear communication monthly and more often if needed I always know where I am with regards my property. On the occasion things have required fixed Coulter’s have discussed this with me directly and involved me in the process, leaving me feeling they have mine and my tennents best interests at heart. We recently used Coulters to sell our lower villa in Trinity and to buy in Morningside. The service across the board was first rate. Everything was done in the timescales promised, there was always someone helpful and knowledgeable at the end of the phone if we needed anything, and the technology allowing you to review your sale progress instantly was really useful. We decided to sell first, partly as a result of advice from Coulters. They achieved a fantastic price for us on the property we were buying in a stress free manner and all of their advice was spot on. As a result, we then had to ensure that our sale was achieved in tight timescales and in the run up to Christmas. Again, this was achieved quickly and with minimal hassle - and, more importantly, with results that exceeded our expectations. We genuinely could not have achieved the move without them. A particular shout out has to go to the fantastic service from Ben and Louise - thank you!

We engaged Coulters property for the sale of two properties and purchase of another in October 2016. The personal attention of Mark and his team made the whole experience effortless and gave us the confidence that everything was in capable hands throughout. This was evident in that both properties were at offer accepted in less than 2 weeks from initial live date achieveing over 10% above home report value. The purchase involved some out of the oridinary details but we were given excellent guidance and advice from Louise in their legal team. Although the financial aspects were excellent, what set Coulters apart was the customer service provided by all involved.
