We bought a property through Coulters and we received excellent service and would highly recommend. Struan and Nicky are the nicest, most helpful people - nothing was too much trouble for them.

Coulters oversaw the acquisition of our property and we couldn't be happier with their service. They were attentive, present, patient and scrupulous. Would recommend to anyone!

Coulters were outstanding in helping us through the sale of our home through a really tricky market. Nicky Douglas in particular was phenomenal - I credit Nicky for getting us on the market, to closing, and sold in two weeks despite many challenges. She was meticulous, dedicated, and as much as counsellor as a marketeer. Struan Douglas, Phil Cannon and the rest of the team were all amazing too. We cannot recommend them enough.

Arrived a few minutes late for a viewing due to an unexpected traffic diversion. The agent refused me entry as another viewer was now looking around. I pointed out that I was still within my 15 minute time frame and that the other person could wait five minutes. This was a solution an agent with good customer skills would have suggested. Fortunately the other viewer agreed to wait so I could view the flat. The agent continued to lecture me on being late instead of being pleased that a solution was found. I have had another recent experience with Coulters where an agent didn't get back to me in reasonable time when I was making an offer on a property! I requested that the head of sales call me back and he never did. Most arrogant agents in Edinburgh. And that's saying something!NegativeProfessionalism

Dealt with Louise for two recent transactions and was really impressed throughout. Having used a number of conveyancing legal services over the years, this was the easiest, flexible, professional one yet. Highly recommended - great communicator.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

SOUND ADVICE, Anyone looking to sell there house on the open market should look no further then Coulters (100%),. Before i sold my my house i had 7 estate agents in my house to see what they could offer and do me, i wasn't looking for a quick sale = quick buck for estate agents,.. I was looking for someone who would put on a pair of boxing gloves and get the best price for my house 'end of', And Coulters were the only estate agents i got this vibe from so i made my choice and went with coulters,.. Wow, Happy days, they smashed it for me, they absolutely did it 'and some',. they worked there socks off for me,. they keep me well posted on everything going on, and pushed the buyers hard to get there max for my house, Ive got to say JENNY CARSWELL was in another lane, 'Shes The Man', 100%, very very reassuring with go hard or go home ability, 'When selling your house just like me You want the top price and rightly so, in my search for the right estate agents i found that some estate agents like to go to bed early and some like to worked while others slept, Thank you Coulters, Dermot and Rosemary Maughan Property Sold, 78 Redcroft Road, Shawfair, Danderhall, Dalkeith EH221FQPositiveProfessionalism

I chose Coulters to market my daughter's flat in Newington mainly because i was impressed with my initial contact Franscesca Hill, who undertook the valuation and pre-marketing work. She then handed over to Jenny Carswell who did an excellent job handling the marketing of the property and kept me informed the whole way through. I cannot praise jenny and her team highly enough as the whole process went extremely smoothly and we were able to obtain a very good price. Jenny then handed over to Jean McAlpine's legal team who had a difficult job of getting trustee approval for the sale to proceed. Once this was obtained the closing of the missives went very smoothly. In summary, the whole Coulters team did an outstanding job in the marketing and sale of the property and i will certainly recommend them to any prospective seller/buyer. Best regards, Steve Laux

I have sold a number of properties over the years and my latest sale has by far been the quickest and easiest thanks to Coulters. From the get go the service was excellent, the advice spot on and the co-ordination between the estate agency and legal functions (I used both for ease) was superb. They were always one step ahead of me, always at the end of the phone and every contact was knowledgeable, professional and lovely to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough. I just wish I'd found them years ago.

We recently used Coulters to sell our flat in Edinburgh. We were very pleasantly surprised by the process and the high quality of the service we got. But the biggest thanks and shout out go to the people - what a great team. Buying or selling a property is renowned as one of the most stressful thing and they made the whole experience a pleasure - recommended 5*!!

I used Coulters to sell my one bedroom apartment in Dean Village. The level of service received from start to finish was nothing less than exceptional - in particular from the Sales Manager Jackie Lyell who worked so hard to achieve an offer way beyond my expectations. Coulters are extremely professional, customer focused, and have the right skills and expertise to sell your property. I wouldn't hesitate to use Coulters again in future, highly recommended. Thanks again, Jackie!
