We managed to sell the property quicker and for a higher price than expected taking on their advice on what to renovate and getting a staging agent involved. Also all their marketing material and web portal are highly professional and well designed, showing properties in their best light. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe bought & sold our house with Coulters East Lothian recently. We found them to be responsive, gave us really good (& realistic) advice with regards to selling and were organised and good at communicating during all aspects of the selling process. We were particularly impressed at their online portal for sellers too! When it came to purchasing we found them proactive and quick to respond to any questions / questions we had which made the process easy for us. Would highly recommend!

GoogleSophie has provided an amazing service from start to finish. From our first visit she was extremely proactive, professional and advised us of things we had not even thought about. We were given access to a great dashboard to monitor our interest and they followed up on very quickly. The photos, home report were organised within 48 hours and amazing quality. GoogleOur experience with Coulters from the initial valuation to the selling of the property has been an extremely positive experience. Francesca Hill, senior property valuer, expertly guided us through the marketing and service options and gave invaluable advice in preparing the property for sale. The brochure and video were of a high quality and the portal was also most informative in terms of viewings and feedback. Jenny Carswell has been our main point of contact. She is personable, approachable and a most competent sales manager. Her communication has at all times been excellent providing us with regular updates, pertinent advice and suggestions and always responding promptly when contacted. Her team were also well briefed so able to answer any of our queries and we were able to contact Gillian Martin, viewing agent, if we had to clarify anything about the property. Such good communication throughout, with dedicated members of the team allocated to you at each part of the process, to ensure you feel well supported. It made what could be seen as a stressful time in life much less so. No hidden costs, great systems and delightful staff. I’d highly recommend.
