GoogleCompleted on a flat purchase yesterday moving from Norwich to Edinburgh, Straun & Nicky made something that I thought was going to be one of the most stressful things I'll do in my life into a very stress free experience. Always happy to answer any questions I had no matter how small they were. Highly recommend them. Thanks again!

GoogleRecently sold our flat and bought our new home through Coulters and couldn’t recommend them enough, they were so efficient at moving through all the stages to get our flat on the market and the advertisement/photos/video looked amazing. Our flat had a lot of viewings to organise which were handled professionally and well communicated to us throughout, and because of this we went to close after only a week on the market! The legal support and advice we received from Aidan through buying and selling was excellent, he made the whole process so easy for us! I will 100% use Coulters if we decide to move again!

GoogleI was extremely impressed with the speed and quality of service I received from Coulters. After a spontaneous visit to a property that they were listing, we decided to go for it and placed an offer. The overall time from placing an offer to having sold my own property was around 2 weeks. An unbelievably quick turnaround to list and sell a property whilst receiving the very best customer service. I will gladly use Coulters in the future.

GoogleI used Coulters for both sale and buy processes. The team was professional, friendly and, most importantly in these situations, reassuring. The online sale tracking portal is well made and really useful. A special thanks to Aileen for her work on both processes - it was a pleasure to work with. A mention to Francesca (for the honest and straightforward approach on valuation) and Lisa for keeping up to date with things. Coulters should be seen as the benchmark on the estate agent and conveyancing market & I will definitely use them again.

GoogleI sold my property through Coulters in Edinburgh and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish they were excellent, proactive, responded quickly and went above and beyond to help. No question was too big or too small. Marketing looked extremely smart and the online tracking of viewings and feedback was very smooth and helpful. It was also great having the agent and solicitors within the same company. A very very big thank you to Francesca and Jennifer, Struan and Nicky. I’ll definitely be using them again should I need to in the future! Thank you!!

GoogleI can't recommend Coulters highly enough. I just had my property title changed and everything went beyond smoothly. Special thanks and appraisal to Struan for his help, advices and support. He didn't just help me move the title, he become my trusted adviser on every matter. He is extremely thoughtful, caring and supportive, he looked at the details and made sure I will be OK. For someone going through their first time buying or changing titles, I had no idea what's needed, how long will take, etc. Struan was with me every step of the way. This is the second time I work with him and would absolutely recommend him to all my family and friends. He is the people person you need when dealing with property matters and you can be 100% sure he will look after you.
