GoogleHannah and Jennifer have both been absolutely fantastic. Hannah got us into a great position to put our home on the market, and Jennifer supported us every step of the way as we navigated our offer, the negotiations, and the ups and downs of the chain. GoogleWe honestly cannot recommend Coulters highly enough and are so glad that we chose them to sell our home. Nicki, Joan and Neil really went above and beyond, and were always available to give us sound, sensible advice and timely updates at every stage. GoogleCoulters did a great job from start to finish, helping us to place our flat on the market very quickly at a difficult time of year. They handled the marketing process efficiently and we were delighted with the sale particulars and the whole process. This enabled us to secure a good offer above valuation in a short space of time and missives concluded shortly afterwards. Well done Team Coulters!

GoogleI had Caitlin Houliston and Aidan Tuohy at the helm of my sale and purchase of a property and I can not recomend them both enough and the Coulters team. The entire process was seamless. Both C & A where always extremely responsive and personable. C answered my many many questions throughout the process of the sale and purchase of another property and I never felt out of the loop or unaware of what was going on. They both made made my entire experience smooth and easy and stress free. This was done in the run up to Christmas when everyone is so busy so I really appreciated the patience and professionalism they carried through out. I would happily recommend Coulters as a result of the type of team they have such as C & A.
