My wife and I moved from Ruislip Manor to the Vale of Glamorgan a month ago. It would be fair to say that we suffered numerous set backs over what seemed like an eternity to go through the sale process our house having been on the market for about a year. We initially went with another local agent in January 2016 but they had no joy finding a buyer. We subsequently instructed Coopers in May. That was the best decision we ever made. Ellie, Daniel, Josh and Bonnie were brilliant. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and just lovely people. They found us a number of potential buyers with several genuine viewings. We subsequently accepted an offer and also secured a property in Wales. Unfortunately our buyers were extremely unhelpful, uncompromising, basically down right selfish. This was a very stressful period for us but I have to say that the professionalism, empathy and support of both Ellie and Daniel in particular was second to none. They bent over backwards to be as fair and impartial as they possibly could however they had a very difficult task in the circumstances given the buyers attitude. After a lot of stalling cancelled move dates and other shenanigans we eventually moved to our dream house in Wales. The house sale was a real rollercoaster but thanks to Ellis and Daniel,s dedication, determination and patience we finally got there. Thanks guys. We are extremely happy in our new home and all the stress and upset are now a distant memory.

Coopers in Ruislip Manor are 2nd to none in my opinion. Ellie runs a fantastic shop and from the 1st time I met her, she made me feel totally at ease with her firiendly nature, her knowledge of the market and advise was brilliant. The office is so friendly and the staff are all so approachable and caring, at what is a stressful time. Dan and Ellie worked tirelessly on my behalf to keep my move on track through some challenging circumstances. The service was excellent from arranging viewings to completion of th contract. I cannot recommend highly enough.

My wife and I needed to sell her fathers property to pay for his dementia care and we needed to sell it as quickly as possible. We invited estate agents round and it is to our good fortune that one of them was David of Coopers, this gentleman ( and I do not use that term loosely ) showed an honesty and understanding when it came to wanting to be our agent and we felt that there was a commitment with in him to really want to sell the property. Within 6 hours of having our details printed and out there in the market we had 2/3 viewings and with a few weeks of it being available we had a buyer. David and his team of Kayleigh & Rico were a joy to work with,friendly, helpful and they kept us informed of all that was happening. When we contacted Kayleigh ( our agent ) she was always available to explain and sort things out and you got the impression that nothing was too much trouble. From the offset to finding us our first home to conclusion Russell has provided us with an excellent service, he has gone out of his way and went that extra mile to ensure that the transaction was smooth and easy for both parties involved. Daniel handled our purchase and always knew who I was when I rang, knew the property I was buying and the current state of play. His communication and negotiation to get the deal done was brilliant. Excellent Estate Agents. I brought my house through Coopers West Drayton, having previously sold with them. I had been messed about and let down by another estate agent on a previous purchase and was so grateful to have found a property that Coopers were selling. David Jenkinson was an absolute credit to himself and the company and he worked incredibly hard to ensure that the process was completed effectively. He went above and beyond several times to reassure me about the purchase and due to my work commitments making contact difficult he was always willing to find a way to get things done. I got he impression that he works very hard and really care about what he does. If I sell my house I wouldn't look anywhere else other than Coopers and I would fiercely recommend them for buying or selling. A professional, well run team who care about what they do. Thank you.

While we were not their clients, but the purchasers, they were both accommodating and very helpful. Me and my current flatmate feel blessed to be serviced by Coopers Residential, especially by Mr. Steven Hockley. My first impression of Coopers was a very friendly and welcoming, even though Mr. Steven had to wait for us for 15 minutes.
