GoogleI have mixed feelings about this agency.
The overall outcome was good - we managed our move after a very stressful few months, and for that I am grateful.
After our initial sale falling through, we then accepted a low offer on the premise that they were to relay to the buyer that this had to be a quick sale - it was anything but, and there were issues right up until exchange.
Biggest thing was mainly lack of communication between us and the agency, and also the agency between themselves. We would often have calls from separate people saying different things, or one had clearly been left in the dark about something - which was very confusing when trying to establish where we were in the process.
We lost trust when they wanted to tell our forward agency that we had accepted an offer when we hadn't received any offers (AKA lie). We don't work on lies, its not our style. It made me question their integrity. We had a good relationship with the forward chain agencies because we were upfront throughout the entire process - a certain member of Coopers staff could have cost us our dream house if it was left to them.
I am not going to name and shame the less helpful agents, but on a positive note I would like to commend Oliver who I found to be honest and reliable.

In challenging market conditions, Coopers took over the sale of our flat after another local estate agent failed to find a buyer in 10 weeks - within a month they had found a suitable buyer.

GoogleRight From the initial email for a viewing request right up until a successful completion and exchange; Rico has consistently surpassed my expectations. The house I originally wanted to look at was unfortunately under offer - however Rico quickly understood my requirements and suggested a property which was not currently marketed however had been marketed by Coopers previously. Rico facilitated the negotiations succinctly and efficiently. Within a week of reaching out to Coopers , i had an offer accepted on my perfect home which was not even being marketed at that point! The vendors solicitors were a nightmare - consistently delaying the process and not cascading down information. Rico proactively chased the solicitors at every opportunity as to ensure the purchase was as smooth for me as possible. I find it difficult to believe there is a more empathetic, understanding and efficient estate agency in West Drayton.
