Luca and Nicola handled most of the viewings but my main point of contact was Daniel, who was very efficient and kept me in touch with what was going on once an offer had been accepted. GoogleI personally wouldn’t recommend Coopers for their Letting and Rent Collection services, as it was anything but a smooth service and at times quite stressful. When it was time for renewal, the communication was extremely poor nearly putting me at risk of not finding tenants in time. The contract had mistakes and the first month’s rent collection was wrong. When it came to the end of the tenancy, an old template email was sent with incorrect information on both deposit and inventory, so you can tell their service is not personalised to their customers. Not particularly sure why I was paying Coopers a fee when I could have done a better job myself. Considering how many good reviews Coopers have, maybe I was just extremely unlucky in all aspects, but overall, very disappointed in their services for something which should have been their bread and butter. More than happy for you to get in touch if you would like more direct feedback.

GoogleRico and the team recently handled two sales for us. They were excellent despite less than ideal market conditions and a challenging purchaser on one of the transactions. They are tenacious, determined and focused on getting the right outcome, knowing when pressure is required and when a more gentle touch is more appropriate. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

They also showed great understanding especially given the sad circumstances for which the property came onto the market and I would especially like to thank David, Rico and Callum for their help in making the marketing and sale of the property as stress free as possible. Matthew who first showed us around to the place we eventually moved into, is friendly, responsive and helped make things easy for us (which is always a big relief!). He was also a good first, welcoming introduction to the area - which I have found to be somewhat mellower and friendlier that then other side of London where I used to live! I highly recommend him. Further to that, my experience with Coopers has been positive throughout the last year, any issues have been dealt with as quickly as possible and in a professional manner.
