GoogleSo called up about a property went for a viewing to which i was happy with proceeded with everything they emailed me saying the offer for the rent was accepted then sent me this to which i provided all information and provided the holding deposit then right move asked for this refrence infomation which i provided, then after 2 weeks off them have me running around they ask for a copy off my work contract which i cant disclose due to NDA's so they refused me the property even though i provided everything else so i ask for my holding deposit back to which they are refusing saying it states it say it was not refundable which was never disclosed in the email so avoid using right move and coopers

Hi Barrie, our references are done through a third party company. They were unable to verify your income without an employment contract, however you were unable to provide this due to an NDA. They were also unable to accept the references provided from your employer as they lacked credibility. We queried with yourself if you were able to provide a UK Guarantor or pay rent in advance to which you said you were unable to do. Since then, we have tried to contact you to see what other options we have to try and verify your income, however we haven’t been able to reach you.

As buyers, Greg helped us find our perfect home! He stuck to our needs and wants and sent us many properties to look at and view. Viewings always went very smoothly and he would answer all our questions (no matter how many we had!) Although we had a property to sell, and sellers may not favour this, we felt that he supported our position when putting our offer forward even when competition was high. Once offer was accepted, Greg kept consistent communication throughout. He's the best and most favourite agent we have ever dealt with and would highly recommend (we even switched and used Coopers to sell our property who have been remarkable and we are so grateful for their service) thank you so much!!!

GoogleFrom the offset I found Greg to be ‘person centred’ … so important as I’m elderly and on my own. He made the transitional process from putting my property on the market to purchasing another property easier given the shortage of affordable bungalows in my area.
I found Greg listened my concerns and he dealt with them diplomatically and reassuringly.
I was happy with the way my property was viewed by prospective buyers and because Greg gave a realistic valuation I received offers almost immediately and secured a sale. He looked after my interests, always insuring that my buyer was met and accompanied when they returned for second viewings.
Greg liaised with my Solicitor and the Estate Agent of the house I was buying efficiently and ensured Contracts were exchanged in a timely way.
Also other members of Coopers Team namely Ben & Alfie were easily contactable, approachable and helpful in his absence.
