Being first time buyers, big thank you to Hayden and Tamer who were there for us throughout the whole process and got us through not the easiest of exchanges. Always on hand, honest, responsive, helpful and always accommodating of any requests we had. Definitely felt like we were always looked after from the beginning and everything was always dealt with in a timely and professional way. 5* service!

My husband and I are relocating to London (Greenwich) and Evie at Conran's Greenwich office has made the process of viewing, putting an offer in, and applying for our new place so smooth and painless. Conran were professional, pleasant and responsive. They stand in contrast to a previous real estate agent who were pushy, rude and voracious in their pursuit of money. The process was smooth and they seemed genuinely happy to have helped me find my home. Can thoroughly recommend.

We purchased a property through Conran's Charlton branch and were delighted with the experience. Our main contact was Abbie Kendall, but we also had interactions - all of which were great - with Michael and Rob. We felt really supported throughout our buying experience. When the first property we were interested in didn't pan out (also listed through Conran), Abbie gave us the heads up about another one that would shortly be coming onto the market which she thought we might be interested in and was very much worth a look. We were feeling a bit disheartened after things didn't progress with the initial property we liked but Abbie really encouraged us to take a look at the other one so we booked in a viewing and made an offer shortly after. Throughout the buying process Abbie was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. When exchange day finally came around, she actually ended up giving us more insight into what was going on across the chain than the agent who was selling our property (but who, funnily enough, was sure to be in touch when the time came to let us know what we owed for the sale of our flat!). I really felt like Conran had our interests, as well as their own clients' interests, at heart throughout the process. Having now moved into the house and met the neighbours I've also only heard good things about this branch. They really seem to know the area and - by the looks of the For Sale boards in the vicinity - seem very established here. Hopefully we won't be looking to move any time soon but if we are in need of an agent in the future we will definitely be looking to Abbie and Conran Estates (and avoiding KFH like the plague!). Thanks Abbie and the team for helping us find a wonderful new home - we're still over the moon!

Very professional and friendly. Always proactive with keeping my posted on the various stages and updates of my purchase. Would prefer it if there was more support with following up with the sellers and their solicitors. Still a good agent to work with and I definitely recommend them.

All good, and this is why: All the while I was doing my flat up to sell, Michael at Charlton office was happy to pop in and advise. I put it on the market, and straight away had two viewings and an offer. I pulled out for personal reasons, but when they put it up again, they immediately found a buyer. Throughout the process, if I needed to just talk through things I did not understand, I could pick up the phone and ask daft questions, and they always helpful. One agent helped with a second visit from a buyer, and he was able to knowledgeably answer all sorts of questions that I could not (e.g. the buyer's finance, leasehold etc. For the sake of contrast, I am now buying and find the bigger agents seem permenantly in a rush. In reflection, it seems to me that their Charlton office is a case of "Small is beautiful'. To sum up, they looked out for my interest :-) PS/ When a storm blew the For Sale sign down to half mast, they must have seen it because it was quickly made good again. I call that 'professional attention to detail'.

I bought my first property through Michael John at Conran and at the time they were the first, and only agent in the area that didn’t look down their nose at me and my nominal first-time budget. They are friendly and realistic. I’ve subsequently rented out that property through them and purchased a second. Michael and the team offer a fantastic service - quick to respond to queries both inside and outside of the remit of being an agent! Thoroughly recommend and I look forward to using them for years to come.

This is the first time while I have gone through an agency to rent out a house in UK. Conran did made a smooth ride for me. Robert in particular went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Since I am the first timer he listened to my problem , questions and concern and did addressed them patiently and effectively . I mainly dealt with Rob, however few times when he was not available and I had to speak with other staff member, I found all of them very friendly and supportive. Thank you Conran for all the help. Much Appreciated !!

It was awful to have to deal with them. We were pressured to sign the contract and then purposely given wrong information. We have met the previous tenants and they had the same issues we had as well. The house was in a bad condition, in a few months it started smelling like mold and air was flowing through the windows all the time (this was annoying during the summer, but it got particularly painful to deal with during winter). We had passive aggressive emails sent to us and once we got forwarded (by mistake) the email of another client that was still dealing with their issues 2 years after they had moved out! I am only giving it 2 stars because at least they got someone to deal with leaks from the ceiling and to fix the oven after it broke down.

I've dealt with Michael many times in the past who I have to say is the most honest & realistic estate agent out there. Very refreshing! This time I dealt with Nicky who went above & beyond her role in what was an extremely tricky sale. She remained professional at all times, even when times got tough. She was tenacious, honest & patient & I don't think the sale would have gone through without her. We would highly recommend her & the team at Conran Estates, Charlton.

I have used Conran for many years - I bought a flat through them, then used them as agents to rent it out, and finally used them to sell it. Throughout they were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Can't recommend them enough.
