Terence did a phenomenal job helping us find our new home. He was extremely flexible with viewing times and was always happy to change appointments at short notice to suit our schedule. He had answers to all of our questions and, if he didn’t know something, made a point of getting back to us promptly. He listened carefully to our needs and only showed us apartments that genuinely matched what we were looking for. Terence was incredibly friendly and professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Tamer, Nancie & Doug were all magnificent - it's our second time using the Conran team, this time for sale of our property, and they were great! Very responsive, clued-up and flexible. We've dealt with several other estate agents in Greenwich while house-hunting, including especially bad ones who answer even very simple important questions with a gormless 'Yeah, I don't know...'. We used them for the sale of our two bed house in Greenwich and they were always quick to respond, conscientious, and did their best for us - offering counsel and adivce to help us navigate what is not always an easy process. In our case, things were not always straight forward, as we were part of a chain and not everyone in it was always the easiest to work with, but Doug did his best to offer advice and keep everyone happy, and so we got it over the line in the end - which is what matters!
