GoogleI have to say I have nothing but praise for this team. They were very professional and had to work hard to make both sides to get to the point of the sale. Especially as I was a first time buyer and the vendor was also very pushy but they were brilliant at managing the situation and getting the whole process over the line. I don't think they could have done anymore. Both Ben and Olivia were really helpful and not too pushy, very down to Earth. I have to say I feel very fond of these estate agents and would highly recommend them.

GoogleUnprofessional, unreliable, and utterly dismissive. I scheduled a property viewing with the Sales Team Manager, Aaron, but he was a total no-show. I waited for 20 minutes outside the property, calling and emailing him with zero response. If this is how a "Manager" treats prospective clients, I wouldn't trust this agency with a single penny. Absolute lack of basic courtesy.
