GoogleUnfortunately have to update my previous 5 star review to 0 star. Conran were great at finding tenants quickly but unfortunately the ongoing service apparent “full managed” service means that despite annual checks and various due diligence, my property was sublet to many more people than should have been habitable without my consent and significant damage incurred including unsafe mould (thousands of pounds). After asking how they would help considering I was moving back in to rectify they asked if I’m planning selling or renting it out again otherwise they aren’t interested in helping further. Absolute joke for the percentage they took over the years I rented out. Please landlords take heed of the warning before you trust them with your property.
