GoogleTerence did a phenomenal job helping us find our new home. He was extremely flexible with viewing times and was always happy to change appointments at short notice to suit our schedule. He had answers to all of our questions and, if he didn’t know something, made a point of getting back to us promptly. He listened carefully to our needs and only showed us apartments that genuinely matched what we were looking for. Terence was incredibly friendly and professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.

After my first potential flat unfortunately fell through, he was immediately supportive and helped secure a second property quickly. I am (hopefully) about to set a completion date, and his guidance has been invaluable every step of the way. He also provided me with a fantastic recommendation for a mortgage broker, and the viewings I've had with other estate agents (Anthony and Zazy) at this branch have also been excellent.

GoogleWe have recently sold our flat through Conran Estates with Olivia and Benjamin being our points of contact. We had failed to sell with a previous agent and we could really see the difference working with the team at Conrans. They understood the market and advised us really well on price. They are a proactive agent rather than just relying on online selling sites. They secured us a really good buyer and the progression has been so smooth, taking only 2 months from offer to exchange. The communication has been the best part about working with the team as they are so responsive. Thank you Olivia and Benjamin!
