I would like to begin by saying that Doug was great! He came in towards the end of the process and made it less stressful and was very friendly and personable at every stage, we wish we had him from the start, so this is no way a reflection on him!! However, unfortunately our experience was soured earlier on in the process of our purchase by another agent, Asiah. We are very aware that estate agents work on behalf of both the seller, and those buying the property, and they just have to relay information passed on by the seller. However, the way in which Asiah communicated with us made the process quite frankly awful. Asiah never bothered to do her research properly before calling us constantly threatening to put the property back on the market and pull it from us despite the fact that the reason for us not being able to provide documentation, or money on both occasions were the sellers fault. After these phone calls, she would send emails after apologising and stating that she was under pressure and her workload was too high (something that is not our fault!!). We asked her on multiple occasions to stop calling us and communicate through our solicitor because we did not have the information she needed. I also asked her to solely communicate through my partner because I could not take calls at work. She ignored both and continued to call. We were also told that we should pay more money to expedite processes, and when we pushed back on this, she said we would lose money anyway so why would it matter. As first time buyers, this process was upsetting and disappointing. Thank you Doug for making it better!

It was a difficult chain (to say the least) but Doug was always available to guide, assist and listen and I guarantee you won't regret selling your home through Doug and his team. After 2 purchases falling through during the pandemic, this year we found a property with Conran. Third-time lucky one! I feel very grateful and lucky to have Jessica as the agent on my purchase from day one (my first viewing). The whole process has been smooth, stress free (because of her support) and extremely professional - besides she has been fantastic for our negotiations. Always staying on top of things with timely updates and making herself available. Another thing that impressed me a lot about Jessica is that she is very professional and acting as an excellent liaison between the seller and the buyer, which was tremendously helpful in my purchase.
