My experience with Conran Estates (specificaly Samantha) in renting a property in Eltham was excellent. Professional throughout, especially so given a tight turnaround, flexible and helpful. We were very pleased with the outcome and were moved in to our new home with no issues. The only thing we weren't such a fan of was the level of detail that the referencing agency they use requires - but they did ensure any sensitive data was handled correctly.

Great service from the start. Rob came around to my flat with a buyer already lined up, the marketing video and pictures were great quality. Nik was vital in pushing the sale over the line, which must have been hard with covid constraints and lots of people working from home. We are hunting for our new home, and could not praise Conran enough. They have been prompt, focused and friendly. We have in particular been liaising with Queen, who is easily one of the best estate agents we have ever come across. She is warm and genuinely cares. She also remembers details about your criteria and priorities, and ensures she tailors her approach to our needs. She also follows up in a personalised way, remembering to answer our questions. Would 100% recommend. We also appreciate the videos on the conran website of properties!

Jay Robson was very prompt in coming back to our enquiries. He showed us two properties and was very accomodating, polite and knowledgeable on the properties and local area. He answered all of the questions we had and was always available on the phone and email for follow up queries.

Nikki and the team at Conran have been exceptional in dealing with the sale of our home. The most important things for us were great marketing (pictures were amazing), exposure on all the major property portals and above all else, great customer service.
