I can't praise Rob and the team here enough. They sold our house for us back in the summer 2022 (7 years after being the selling agent when we bought it!) and they've been great from the start. They were very responsive and helped us push things along throughout the process (we had an expiring mortgage offer on the property we were buying and the arrival of our second child to contend with). We felt they offered us sound advice and got us the best, and fair, market price for our home. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we'd use them again should we ever move

Conran Lee has made our life much, much easier during the process of buying our first house. They quickly arranged for property visits when we started our search, promptly answered my (many) emails/calls -before and after the offer was accepted, they arranged (yet another) visit to the house when my husband came back from working abroad and wanted to see the property for the first time in person. The speed, patience and good willing they had to solve my problems/concerns were simply outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for making a naturally stressful process much smoother. Special thanks to Joelle, Jay and Melissa for showing me the properties I wanted to see with a friendly and helpful approach; to Rob for quickly answering all my questions, addressing my concerns and arranging some extra visits and to Jay for calling back in the last weeks of the process and give me the necessary peace of mind that we would finish everything on time (we did!). If anyone is looking to sell their house anytime soon, I highly recommend Conran estates in Lee. Rob and Erika did a fantastic job, my house sold within 2 weeks at full asking and the aftercare was fantastic, they managed every step of the way until completion and were really proactive in liaising with the buyer and their solicitor. We had other local estate agents come to value our house who were also good but we went with Conrans as felt that being new to the area they would work hard for the sale and they went above and beyond! Moving is stressful enough without an agent who doesn't care, but these guys are the real deal. I would not hesitate to use Conrans again. Unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly dismissive. I scheduled a property viewing with the Sales Team Manager, Aaron, but he was a total no-show. I waited for 20 minutes outside the property, calling and emailing him with zero response. If this is how a "Manager" treats prospective clients, I wouldn't trust this agency with a single penny. Absolute lack of basic courtesy.

I had my house on the Market for 6 months with another Local Agent with very little interest. I decided to call into Conrans Lee office to discuss selling my home & was bowled away with the Positive & Upbeat energy I received from Salvatore & Oliver. They came to view my house immediately & told me they would have NO problem in selling my house. I had more viewings in the first week than the previous Agent had provided in 6 months. One of the viewers made an offer after a second viewing of my home, though well below what I was expecting. The following week, Salvatore, who had been on holiday, contacted me to arrange a new viewing. I asked him about the offer received while he was away & asked him if he could contact them again. As a result, Salvatore came back with an improved offer which I was willing to accept. I have to sing Salvatores praises, for without his passion & intensity, I doubt we would have achieved such a positive outcome.
