I sold with Conrans and I thought Tamer, Nancie and the team were great. Very on the ball (even when I wasn’t), down-to-earth, honest and supportive. I had a deadline I needed to sell by at a time when the market was very quiet (post Liz Truss mini budget). Conran’s started marketing my flat within a couple of days of being instructed and produced a string of offers between 90-95% of the asking price within the required timescale. Amazing.

After 2 purchases falling through during the pandemic, this year we found a property with Conran. Third-time lucky one! I feel very grateful and lucky to have Jessica as the agent on my purchase from day one (my first viewing). The whole process has been smooth, stress free (because of her support) and extremely professional - besides she has been fantastic for our negotiations. Always staying on top of things with timely updates and making herself available. Another thing that impressed me a lot about Jessica is that she is very professional and acting as an excellent liaison between the seller and the buyer, which was tremendously helpful in my purchase. They don’t deserve to have five stars… if only I could have given more! Nancy and the team from Conran has been so professional and helpful for our purchase throughout the process from first viewing. We have had seen a number of properties with Conran (and indeed other agents)before deciding on our final purchase. But Conran really stands out for me. From simple things like the wordings in the brochure and the online listing on rightmove, you can tell Conran is very professional with their unique human touch. I know the time scale we have was very tight and without Nancy’s help it wouldn’t have been achievable. I can’t thank Nancy enough for her help. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and such a hardworking professional. She has made the whole process a lot less stressful for us.

We are happy to recommend Conran’s Hayden and Doug who acted as estate agents for our property purchase in Greenwich. Conran allowed for individual property viewings (while similar properties often used open house days). The offer process followed reasonable, bilateral negotiations (compared to best & final offer biddings at other agencies). During the purchase, They managed to stay on top of things by aligning directly with the solicitors and keeping us updated on the progress at all times. This was tremendously helpful for us as first time buyers. Hayden and Doug were always approachable and made sure the transaction process was handled in a highly professional manner. We also appreciated their recommendations for mortgage broker, surveyor and builders (some of which we used, they were top notch). All in all, we were extremely satisfied with Hayden and Doug’s work and would enjoy dealing with them again in the future.

Unfortunately have to update my previous 5 star review to 0 star. Conran were great at finding tenants quickly but unfortunately the ongoing service apparent “full managed” service means that despite annual checks and various due diligence, my property was sublet to many more people than should have been habitable without my consent and significant damage incurred including unsafe mould (thousands of pounds). After asking how they would help considering I was moving back in to rectify they asked if I’m planning selling or renting it out again otherwise they aren’t interested in helping further. Absolute joke for the percentage they took over the years I rented out. Please landlords take heed of the warning before you trust them with your property.
