I've used Conran for over 10 years now for selling and renting a property and highly recommend them. Their staff are so helpful and friendly which makes what can be a stressful process much easier. They are really knowledgeable about the local market, I've spoken with lots of their staff over the years and they are always responsive and happy to answer questions. They've recently re-let my property and made it super easy. They had so many viewings lined up and had really detailed knowledge of the tenants which meant we were able to agree on terms super quickly. Conran remain the only estate agents I'll use in Greenwich which is all down to their amazing team.

We let our house in Greenwich through Conran's to start with. Tamer was straightforward in his advice and they were quick to find a suitable and reliable tenant. The management team were approachable and effective and we were very happy with the service. Thank you Edelyn. When we decided to sell we stayed where we were and the sales team proved just as pleasant and professional, Doug, Hayden, Evie and Tamer again. They gentled us through the inevitable bumps in the road and turns out it was always best to accept their advice. They know what they're doing. Hayden at Conran's helped us with our search for a property in the black heath area and I cannot recommend him and the company enough. Hayden was very honest, up front, accommodating and hard working to help us find a place to rent. I’m a first time landlord and I’m glad that I chose Conran to fully manage my flat. Tamer was very helpful in arranging appointments and answering our queries promptly. He and his team were diligent in marketing the property and sending me updates for viewing statistics from the Rightmove website. Tamer’s team (thanks Susan) has to date been spot on with promptly acting between me and the tenants, arranging for repairs and quotes. No doubt I’ll continue using Conran for the future.

We have just sold our flat in Greenwich with Conrans. We first dealt with Tamer and we discussed all options with him (renting or selling) and he was extremely helpful and informative. We decided to sell and after agreeing a really competitive rate signed up with Conrans. They moved quickly to get the flat on the market. Despite having two other flats in the block giving stiff competition the team managed to get us a price we were happy with. We dealt firstly with Doug (who is kind, patient and lovely) and then with Hayden (equally kind and patient)!! Hayden kept us up to date throughout and when things needed chasing was more than happy to do so. We've now completed our move abroad and are happy to recommend Conrans

We asked several agents to pitch for selling a house close to the park in Greenwich and, at the valuation, Tamer impressed us as the most knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Once on their books, Tamer, Doug, Hayden and the team worked impressively together to find a buyer, keeping us fully informed of progress and not losing interest when sales fell through. Doug, in particular, has a vast amount of experience in the area. From our very first viewing, Tamer was professional and helpful. Despite having set backs with the first property we wished to buy, Tamer and the whole of the Conran team remained motivated in finding the right property for us and ensured that we were kept completely informed with the progress on all sides. We also found both Hayden and Doug, very personable and willing to help resolve any issue we had. The team provide us with recommendations for a solicitor, who provided a fantastic service. In addition to this, we used Conran’s mortgage broker, Jeff, who provided a brilliant service and helped us to make the right decisions by making the whole process very smooth. We have been incredibly impressed with the Conran team through the whole process. They have made the stressful process of buying a property far easier and much smoother than could be expected. We were referred to Conran Estates in Greenwich by a friend when we were looking to rent a property out. We were unhappy with the previous agents we had used and, in general, found big name agents extremely impersonal and heavy on sales tactics. Conran proved to be a breath of fresh air from the start. Hayden came around to assess the property and took a genuine interest in the property and us.. There whole interaction felt grown up, grounded and factual, devoid of any puushy sales tactics. Hayden and team were able to line up viewings as soon as our property was listed and within a week we had multiple offers resulting in us finding wonderful tenants. Throughout the process Hayden, Evie and Tamer were extremely responsive and kept us apprised of all developments. I wish we had discovered Conran sooner and I can't recommend them highly enough whether you are a landlord, tenant, buyer or seller.
