GoogleHighly recommend. Ultimate professionals with decades of unbeatable market knowledge. We bought, let our property through Conran (and they now manage it) and couldn't have been happier from beginning to end. Doug was exemplary in selling the property to us as was Hayden in letting it. Fast, punctual, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Edelyn has been excellent in managing the property from day 1 too. Thank you for everything Conran!

FacebookI had a horrific experience with Conran as my lettings agent in Greenwich. We were left with a lot of mould on our wall for months, we reported it as soon as it appeared but Conran never did anything to fix it. When I told them about it their advice was to spray anti-mould on it (obviously an assumption this was something we would pay for), and asking if we'd knocked on our neighbours in the flat upstairs to ask if they have a leak (definitely not our job), neither of which address the actual problem. We were left without water for a couple of days as when the pressure was on it spewed water over the floor. When I asked for a rebate on our rent for the days we had to find alternative accommodation due to no water, conran claimed we had never been left without water, essentially calling me a liar, and threatened that if we continue with this claim our landlord will not want to renew our tennancy another year. Of course we left after a year because conran was so impossible to deal with and so unresponsive. They showed no care towards their tenants whatsoever. I could say a lot more, but I hope tells people all they need to know to never buy or rent a property via conran. They are incredibly rude and caused me a lot of stress and upset. I would urge you never to use their services.

GoogleOur experience with Conran has been a very pleasant one; made moreso by the very professional customer service we received from Erika (Eltham branch) right from the very first time we met her for the property viewing. She was very patient and answered all our questions with a smile on her face. Even when the process moved beyond her team, she continued to be very helpful whenever we contacted her to seek clarity - without seeing us as a bother!. Thank you!

GoogleSo far Conran Estates have been excellent, a different league to Purplebricks who I was using before. Tenants were found quickly and also a number of issues with the property were quickly addressed. Renting out my flat has been much less stressful since I changed management company to Conran!

GoogleDealt with Erika in the Eltham branch, she was nothing but helpful and professional. From the day i viewed my chosen property with her she carefully walked me through the whole process. She gave me great advice and even though the whole buying and selling process was a challenge she kept me calm, gave me advice on how to deal with things and just made the whole process a lot easier for me. I would highly recommend using Conran and hopefully you will be lucky enough to deal with Erika!

GoogleWe let our house in Greenwich through Conran's to start with. Tamer was straightforward in his advice and they were quick to find a suitable and reliable tenant. The management team were approachable and effective and we were very happy with the service. Thank you Edelyn. When we decided to sell we stayed where we were and the sales team proved just as pleasant and professional, Doug, Hayden, Evie and Tamer again. They gentled us through the inevitable bumps in the road and turns out it was always best to accept their advice. They know what they're doing. We have now exchanged contracts and look forward to raising a glass to the process as well as the result in a couple of weeks. Big thanks to all the team - front of house and behind the scenes. You've been great!
