My boyfriend and I were interested in a property to let with Conran Greenwich Estate Agency and they replied instantly to our viewing enquiry. I was able to arrange a viewing on the day and they were beyond helpful and highly professional. Evie was the estate agent that we dealt with in securing the property and she made the process so easy. She had our best interests at heart and did her upmost best to ensure we got the best deal. If you are a new landlord then Conran are helpful at finding you a tenant and making the initial process easy. Unfortunately their fully managed service needs some serious improvement given the high percentage they take from your rental income. The full management service essentially involves Conran relaying messages between you and the tenant. They do not sort any issues and often make matter worse by pitting the landlord and the tenant against each other. If you are looking to rent out a fairly new property I would recommend simply giving the tenant your phone number or email address and work with them directly. You will save yourself thousands of pounds per year in the process.

Myself and my wife went to view a house in Greenwich and was meet by Tamer Alcici. We found him a very nice guy and thought his hole approach concerning the Covid19 PPE was very professional and thoughtful we both felt a lot of care had been taken re social distancing and with face masks and gloves made us feel quite safe.

Friendly and helpful estate agents. I had Tamer over for a valuation and he was really friendly and gave a lot of advice on different aspects of selling. It was great to have such a knowledgeable person of the local area. I was a bit nervous on the covid situation but I received a email on the procedures the night before, and Tamer fully complied with them inside the flat, so was very happy with how Conran adapted to the situation.

I was seeking a valuation for my property and unsure how to proceed during this Covid 19 period. Conran have been brilliant, offering me a range of options on how to value my property, including zoom. I opted for a visit, government guidelines were followed (two metres distance, the wearing of protective gloves, and I also completed a risk assessment form prior to visit). At all times I felt completely at ease and recommend the valuation process followed by Conran Estates. Going forward, I have every confidence with placing my flat on the market with them.

I've now sold 3 flats at full asking price with Conran Brockley. Guy and the team have a genuinely different approach to other agents. The lack of BS is refreshing and the warm friendly approach helps to build trust between the buyer and seller. Once an offer has been accepted on each property, the Conran team have continued to nudge the sales process forward through to completion, which is an important part of the sales process. Their office is superbly located for the Brockley market, right outside Brockley station, unlike most of the other “Brockley” agents which are located in Crofton Park. Judging by the number of Conran for sale boards going up, they seem to be establishing themselves as THE go to agent for Brockley.

We've moved house in Charlton 3 times. In each instance Conran have handled our sale and purchase. If we move again in the future, we will be using them again. They are professional, courteous and know the local area so well. They are never pushy or salesy in their approach. I've always felt they were doing their best for us. Abbie Kendall and Rob Walker in particular have gone above and beyond when marketing our property and helping us find a new home. They've been a massive help in getting our purchase and sale through, managing a long and complicated chain. I would recommend Conran to anyone looking at property in the Charlton area.
