They were responsive, friendly throughout, and made the whole process as easy as possible. They also went above and beyond with viewings, securing a sale within 2 weeks. GoogleRob Iommazzo and his team have managed the sale of my friend's house with calm efficiency. This was not an easy time. Because of Covid I could not meet Rob, everything had to be done at a distance - validating my power of attorney, dealing with managing agents and lease transfer, handling questions regarding post-Grenfell legislation. Viewings had to be carefully arranged. All was handled speedily and successfully. My thanks to everyone.

GoogleWe let our house in Greenwich through Conran's to start with. Tamer was straightforward in his advice and they were quick to find a suitable and reliable tenant. The management team were approachable and effective and we were very happy with the service. Thank you Edelyn. When we decided to sell we stayed where we were and the sales team proved just as pleasant and professional, Doug, Hayden, Evie and Tamer again. They gentled us through the inevitable bumps in the road and turns out it was always best to accept their advice. They know what they're doing. We have now exchanged contracts and look forward to raising a glass to the process as well as the result in a couple of weeks. Big thanks to all the team - front of house and behind the scenes. You've been great!

GoogleI was nervous about having my flat valued due to the current covid-19 situation however, Conran and in particular Tamer were brilliant. Tamer performed an in person valuation with the correct PPE, he always stayed 2 meters apart from myself and did not touch anything whilst in the flat. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the local area and historic trends but also about what to expect in the property market as we come out of lockdown. GoogleWhen thinking about listing my flat for sale, I liaised with Tamer from Conran and I can truly say that we he was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive, proactive, made insightful recommendations and overall just very friendly and kind (not pushy at all!). When conducting the valuation, he gave me a thorough brief and detailed recommendation of what we should list our flat at and why - he also provided a rental valuation in the valuation pack which was helpful as I hadn't even thought of renting the flat out - the rental figure was higher than I imagined so it also allowed me to explore renting out the flat which I hadn't considered in the past. Overall, highly recommend - their approach is non-transnational, personal and tailored which is quite refreshing in the estate agency world!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleI have had an excellent experience with Conran, in particular Hayden, Tamer and Doug. I had a poor experience with another local agent and it was amazing when I went to Conran, who got me three offers on my property in two days. They are very helpful, responsive and above everything else.... they are incredibly honest! I decided to sell my property amidst this crazy market and I am pleased with how it has been carried out. Social distancing has been adhered to at all times, and they took extra care to ensure viewers and surveyors were also safe to do their jobs. It’s not surprising they are such a successful local business. Highly recommend.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe staff at Conran have been very helpful, and responsive. We lived in a rental property managed by Georgina from Conran , and never had any trouble or issue for any maintenance, repairs, queries etc. So far our experience has been just brilliant and would definitely recommend there services.
