FacebookWe had a fantastic experience selling our flat with Conran. We initially had a very bad expeience with another local agent and ended up changing to Conran Greenwich. The presentation of their properties is really special and I think thats what drew in so many more viewings than we had seen with our first agent. That being said, Tamar and his team worked tirelessly to sell our property and we were so happy with their professional, down to earth and friendly attitude from start to finish. Hannah was a joy to work with and although it wasn't smooth sailing due to the pandemic, her invested attitude towards our case really made a difference. I really can't recommend Conran enough and thank them wholeheartedly for making a stressful process in a very stressful year as straightforward as possible

FacebookEveryone I spoke to at Conran in Brockley was a dream. Our main port of call was Felix, who went out of his way to gather as much information for us and was generally a real pleasure to chat to. Beth also did a viewing with us, she was perfectly delightful. Thanks Conran team, you all seem like a great team.

GoogleAfter a few teething problems at the start, I ended up very satisfied with the service received by Conran. I had a very bumpy journey throughout my sale, losing two buyers along the way and ending up going into rented because my purchase fell through. Abbie managed my sale (after the teething problems at the start with other agents). I found her to be a breath of fresh air at a point when I was feeling very frustrated. She is very professional whilst also having a familiar manner that really put me at ease. She kept in close contact all the way through, even offering to speak to me on her days off which was much appreciated.

GoogleReally great experience with Will at Charlton from beginning to hopefully completing soon. Friendly, professional and responsive throughout and continued to keep us updated on progress! It's not easy navigating this process during Covid-times but Will has been exceptional to work with. Definitely reccommend their services!

GoogleMy partner and I have been fortunate enough to view properties with Erika from Conran Estates. The entire process has been informative and highly professional. The communication between the branch and ourselves was excellent - I have not come across an estate agency quite like this before! We will definitely use their services in the future.

GoogleI am currently buying a house through Conran Estates. I've met Nathan and Nikki. Given the extra covid-compliant measures for our viewing, we felt very safe. Nathan managed to conduct an informative and friendly viewing, and our safety didn't ever feel compromised. Following the viewing, Nikki has been amazing. I know that the vendors are her clients and, therefore, main priority, but she has been very attentive and responsive with us - very efficient. I would definitely recommend Conran Estates from my experience so far.

Hello Eguakun. Looking at our database of tenants, you don't seem to be a tenant of ours. By all means please revert if your tenancy is in a different name to that of your Google account? I would be very interested to know what we have allegedly stolen from you based on you accusation of being a 'thief'? I also disagree that we have no human feeling. We have great relations with the majority of our tenants and are highly efficient with issues that occur and sympathise when there are challenges with the odd property! Regards Simon

GoogleIf anyone is looking to sell their house anytime soon, I highly recommend Conran estates in Lee. Rob and Erika did a fantastic job, my house sold within 2 weeks at full asking and the aftercare was fantastic, they managed every step of the way until completion and were really proactive in liaising with the buyer and their solicitor. We had other local estate agents come to value our house who were also good but we went with Conrans as felt that being new to the area they would work hard for the sale and they went above and beyond! Moving is stressful enough without an agent who doesn't care, but these guys are the real deal. I would not hesitate to use Conrans again.
