I would give 0 starts if I could. Had to use them because they managed a property I liked. They are slow, lazy and not customer friendly

Have had a poor experience as a tenant renting with Conran. After disputing details of the checkout report they updated it to look like there was more damage, in an attempt to take more money out of our deposit. Throughout our tenancy they were also slow to provide important documents such as our contract when asked, making changing names on the tenancy very difficult.

Looking at your review name we don't have a tenant under these details. However, I have asked my Lettings management team to do some research and they think they know the property in question. This property was managed by another estate agent before the Landlord moved agents and instructed Conran. It was the previous agent who conducted three of the four change of tenancies and Conran did the most recent one which you were supplied the contract as soon as it was executed - the delay in executing the contract was solely because the incoming tenant delayed the process. As far as the deduction is concerned, the landlord wanted the property cleaned to the same standard as when you moved in. If a tenant leaves a property and it is in a poor cleanliness condition then the Landlord has a right to request this deduction. The initial inventory states 'The property has been professionally cleaned'. The contract states that you MUST leave the property in the same condition as you found it. I feel this is only reasonable! I hope this answers your concerns and I wish you the best for the future. Regards Simon

I have an incredibly difficult property to sell due to various and major issues with the whole property, the staff here will tell you. I had tried many other estate agencies but wish I had came here first (I am not London based). Erika was a Fairy Godmother to me and no idea how she worked such a miracle in getting my life back in times like this. I was having many wobbles that this was never going to happen but she held my hand and was able to FINALLY get me over the finish line with her professionalism and understanding. Thank you for making my 2020 and my dreams come true!

To call Aidans support with Conran through our property purchase as fantastic would be an understatement. Aidan was with us every step of the way, he provided an incredibly high level of support, made himself available to us when we needed to talk about our purchase, any question big or small and did it all with good humour and authenticity! We were working to a very tight deadline to make this sale within the original stamp duty holiday deadline and Aidan really helped us oiling the wheels and getting responses from the sellers side. We could not recommend him more highly and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Aidan again if we were to be buying/selling in the future.

Conran Lettings agency and especially Edelyn Reynolds made my relocation an absolute dream. Quick to respond, profesdsional and they accomidated all my needs in terms of viewing times and edeylyn's costmer service was sencond to non and continues after my initial move in date. AVOID ZERO STARS Tamar the manager of the west Greenwich branch was caught on cctv not wearing the required face mask or gloves whilst doing an appraisal at my home he provided me with no guidelines that are now standard within the industry His customer service was very poor not reading emails properly and not responding also my neighbour complained as he pushed by her on the staircase a truly awful person and terrible company.AVOID.

Dear sir, we take the matter of social distancing incredibly seriously! I have immediately spoken to Tamer and he has guaranteed me that he did NOT cross anyone and nor did he break the 2m distance rule. We strongly recommend that our staff wear face masks but it is not compulsory. He was not wearing a face mask on this occasion purely as was visiting a vacant property (as you dropped keys to the office for access). Note that he was wearing protective gloves. You state that you have CCTV and I would request if you can send a copy of Tamer allegedly pushing past your neighbour, as he is insistent this did not happen. You can email this to headoffice@conranestates.co.uk. We will happily furnish you with our Covid-19 policy and certificate. We have a full risk assessment which all staff must adhere to.

Our lettings agent, Hayden was great at the start and the moving in process was smooth. Debbie was our property manager and always sorted things out quickly and efficiently for us if anything did go wrong in the flat. Moving out was really easy too. Great property managers!
