Evie showed me numerous properties before we landed on the one I purchased and she ensured to keep me in the loop during the whole process and was really pleasant to deal with. As were the rest of her team during the final stages of completion - also received a gift box upon picking up the keys which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. GoogleRight from the get go the team was supportive. They were very good at responding to my quarries and went about and beyond to cater to my needs. I was with Nathan who showed me around the property. Twice might I add. And after letting him know that I would prefer to move out earlier than my initial date he was very accommodating. Then he put me in the care of Debbie who ensured my references and all that needed to be done was done effectively and very fast. Now I’m happy that I am about to move into my first home to start this independent life and it was all done within a week of first viewing the property (if not for the bank holiday and my slow responses I truly believe this would have been done even faster). Really responsive to our questions, helped push on the other parties to keep it moving along as quickly as possible, and the rates are very reasonable for the area. We had an offer on our flat from the first viewing. Evie was great at chasing people and ensuring that progress was being made on both sides. She already had a great relationship with both solicitors and would happily pick up the phone to chase them. GoogleGood value on fee and have a good team who were all very friendly. Concerned at times they seemed a little stretched and would have liked more interaction throughout entire sale process - albeit we appreciate currently a busy time in the market.
