GoogleI had a horrific experience with Conran as my lettings agent in Greenwich. We were left with a lot of mould on our wall for months, we reported it as soon as it appeared but Conran never did anything to fix it. When I told them about it their advice was to spray anti-mould on it (obviously an assumption this was something we would pay for), and asking if we'd knocked on our neighbours in the flat upstairs to ask if they have a leak (definitely not our job), neither of which address the actual problem. We were left without water for a couple of days as when the pressure was on it spewed water over the floor. When I asked for a rebate on our rent for the days we had to find alternative accommodation due to no water, conran claimed we had never been left without water, essentially calling me a liar, and threatened that if we continue with this claim our landlord will not want to renew our tennancy another year. Of course we left after a year because conran was so impossible to deal with and so unresponsive. They showed no care towards their tenants whatsoever. I could say a lot more, but I hope tells people all they need to know to never buy or rent a property via conran. They are incredibly rude and caused me a lot of stress and upset. I would urge you never to use their services.

GoogleI recently sold a flat using Conran and Hayden, Doug and the team were superb and outclassed all other agents I had dealt with in previous years in the area. Very professional, personalised service. Always personable and responsive from start to finish. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone renting or selling, having used them for both.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience selling our flat with Conran. We initially had a very bad expeience with another local agent and ended up changing to Conran Greenwich. The presentation of their properties is really special and I think thats what drew in so many more viewings than we had seen with our first agent. That being said, Tamar and his team worked tirelessly to sell our property and we were so happy with their professional, down to earth and friendly attitude from start to finish. Hannah was a joy to work with and although it wasn't smooth sailing due to the pandemic, her invested attitude towards our case really made a difference. I really can't recommend Conran enough and thank them wholeheartedly for making a stressful process in a very stressful year as straightforward as possible

GoogleFriendly and helpful estate agents. I had Tamer over for a valuation and he was really friendly and gave a lot of advice on different aspects of selling. It was great to have such a knowledgeable person of the local area. I was a bit nervous on the covid situation but I received a email on the procedures the night before, and Tamer fully complied with them inside the flat, so was very happy with how Conran adapted to the situation. The overall sale was very smooth. Doug was a great go between and made sure I was kept in the loop, yet took on all the follow ups between the lawyers and buyer to keep things moving forward. Service is great and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful team. Thank you!

GoogleI have an incredibly difficult property to sell due to various and major issues with the whole property, the staff here will tell you. I had tried many other estate agencies but wish I had came here first (I am not London based). Erika was a Fairy Godmother to me and no idea how she worked such a miracle in getting my life back in times like this. I was having many wobbles that this was never going to happen but she held my hand and was able to FINALLY get me over the finish line with her professionalism and understanding. Thank you for making my 2020 and my dreams come true!

GoogleOur experience with Conran has been really positive as a buyer. We were in contact with other agencies and they were not honest with us or they didn’t know anything about the property that they were selling. We were first time buyers and our agent, Nikki Moody, made the process really easy for us and she has been absolutely fantastic! She answered all of our questions, she was really proactive and she helped us with all our concerns. We definitely recommend Conran as an agency to trust as they are honest and fair with both the seller and the buyer. They even gave us a gift box on the day we completed which was a lovely touch.

GoogleConran (Greenwich) were superb in our recent home purhcase. Our dedicated agent (Hayden), was very attentive in bringing a number of relevant properties within our search parameters to our attention. Throughout the offer and conveyancing process he acted as a very proactive intermediary, and got involved on a number of different queries, above and beyond what I would have expected from the Estate Agent. I couldn't recommend Conran more positively, with particular thanks to Hayden and Tamer, with whom we interacted most frequently.

GoogleGreat local estate agent. The end-to-end process was professional and I would definitely recommend. The listing and photos looked superb, the entire team was super responsive and always available and took an active interest in the key selling points of the property. All viewings were 'COVID' safe and completely handled by Conran. Particular thanks to Aidan who managed the post offer process - I think this is something that the online/hybrid agents just cannot compete with. We never managed to sell our house (as the chain collapsed above us), but when I do come to sell again I will definitely be using Conran.

GoogleGreat service when renting and later when selling my property I've always found everyone there to be very professional. Tamer and Hannah were both very helpful during the sale and they've always responded to any emails I've sent them. Would not hesitate to use them again in future.

GoogleAt the end of lockdown they secured over 40 viewings at my property and got it under offer in a month. They worked very hard to achieve this and didn't rest on their laurels. At the same time Hayden, Tamer, Doug & Evie were very friendly, always had time for a chat and were very personable and not at all pushy like some agents can be.
