GoogleConran's couldn't have been more helpful in finding a new tenant for the flat I rent out. Abbie was dealing with that, finding me excellent tenants with a first class professional video and tour of the flat, great inter-personal skills and liaison at all stages of completing the process. Then, when there was a completely unexpected series of events with my current tenant Michael John dealt with that with enormous tact, kindness.and generosity. GoogleA while back when I bought my flat through Conran Estates I knew when it came to sell I would approach them to do the job. I am so pleased I did. They are different and special. All staff are genuine and care. They know that buying and selling a property is a big thing and they supported us with warmth, sense of humour but above all professional expertise. They know the area, they know what is going on with the property market and share this info freely and clearly. Questions were answered promptly, and patience, when needed, was encouraged. GoogleTo call Aidans support with Conran through our property purchase as fantastic would be an understatement. Aidan was with us every step of the way, he provided an incredibly high level of support, made himself available to us when we needed to talk about our purchase, any question big or small and did it all with good humour and authenticity! We were working to a very tight deadline to make this sale within the original stamp duty holiday deadline and Aidan really helped us oiling the wheels and getting responses from the sellers side. GoogleThe staff at Conran, Abby in particular, did an outstanding job during our process of purchasing a house. In the early stages, they were very accommodating when it came to visit properties several times, including with our builder. Once we had decided on a property, they were very honest about the length of the process (which cannot be said for others involved in the process) and very responsive to our queries. They were very good at organising details around the surveys we had conducted in the house. Finally, they helped maintaining communication between the different parties open until the very end, which was crucial in pushing the deal over the line.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI've just sold my house through Conran Estates and very pleased with the service offered. Abbie and Michael were very responsive, helpful and lovely to deal with. They listened to any concerns and took immediate action to resolve any issues during the house selling process. They offered a more personable service than other agents, and were a pleasure to deal with. I've sold properties with other agents in the past and in those instances I felt like the agents told me what they thought I wanted to hear. This wasn't the case with Abbie and Michael from Conran. GoogleI am currently buying a house through Conran Estates. I've met Nathan and Nikki. Given the extra covid-compliant measures for our viewing, we felt very safe. Nathan managed to conduct an informative and friendly viewing, and our safety didn't ever feel compromised. Following the viewing, Nikki has been amazing. I know that the vendors are her clients and, therefore, main priority, but she has been very attentive and responsive with us - very efficient.
