My wife and I recently moved into a wonderful new property in Deptford. We'd like to say a big thank you to Conran for their support and assistance in helping us move in, and in particular we could not have done it without our negotiator Chloe Mutimer. She was excellent throughout the entire process, from being flexible when arranging our viewing times right down to securing the flat for us. She stayed in regular communcation keeping us updated on the status of our application and made the experience of renting a property very enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

I can't thank her enough for being so responsive, flexible and kind during the time when rental market is extremely busy. She offered me a viewing immediately and I was able to secure a really lovely flat that same day. From start to finish Conran Charlton were excellent. Michael John was not afraid to be honest in his assessment and was polite, respectful and sensitive. We appreciated that he realised that a house is often not just a house but comes loaded with emotion and memories. Our agent was Abbie and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Abbie is a consummate professional. She dealt with a split ownership with tact, diplomacy and flair. I have been involved with Conran Estates in several different capacities, both as a home buyer (twice!) and as a renter under their lettings management. I can attest to the high quality of their service, and their seemingly unique ability in the sector to seem like actual human beings who care about you (even when they don't directly work for you!). I highly recommend. I would also like to single out Aidan, who works in the Charlton office, for his careful shepherding of us through our buying process. He has been an excellent communicator of the process and has intervened with diplomacy and tact in what could be otherwise stressful moments of the process.
