A massive THANK YOU to Will Roden and his colleagues at Conran, who recently looked after me during the purchase of my new home in Charlton. Will in particular was absolutely amazing at guiding me through what was, at times, a very stressful process. I am so grateful for the extra effort he put in (including chasing up the solicitors on his days off!) to help me complete my purchase before the end of the stamp duty holiday. On the initial viewings (he took me to see several Conran-advertised properties) I was very impressed by his knowledge of the homes he was selling and of the local neighbourhood, and he was able to answer all of my questions quickly and accurately. He was absolutely instrumental at making sure the sale finally completed, as there were quite a few hiccups along the way due to the sellers having issues with the new house they were purchasing. There were definitely many up and downs on the road from initial offer to exchange of contracts, but Will was an absolute delight to work with and always available to reassure me that we would get there in the end. I don’t think I could have asked for a better estate agent! The interactions I had with the other Conran Charlton staff were also very positive, so massive thanks to all of them -- although I have no intention of moving again any time soon, when the time does come then I’ll be seeking out their professional services!  Very best wishes, Yvonne
