GoogleI have been with Conran Lettings Management for little more than 10years already. All staff working in the agency are professional and responding fast. They always give the answers what you need and are helpful. If there is any issues they trying their best to resolve the problem. My property manager is Debbie Lewis, she is amazing, always on the top of everything and helps with any questions you have.

GoogleI put an offer on a property that I loved but it wasn’t accepted because my flat wasn’t under offer, nor was it on the market, so time was of the essence, I didn’t want to lose the property. I contacted Conran on 18th Jan, Rob (Lee Office Manager) came to my property and valued it on 21st Jan, the negotiators came round on 24th to get a feel of the flat, photos were taken on 25th and my property with photos and video went “live” on 26th Jan. I had 12 viewings over that weekend, and I accepted an offer on 1st Feb, Conran sold my property within two weeks at a great price!!!! Conran were speedy, proactive, personal and very professional. They understood the position I was in and did all what they could. The photos, video and write up did my flat proud ,and I love the personal touch of adding my comments about the property. Conran were in constant contact with me, keeping me posted with any developments. The whole process was very smooth, and for me, it was effortless, all the hard work was done by Conran, thank you!!!

My first sale fell through as a result of an international buy to let company getting nervous over UK investment and pulling out, I got a really sympathetic phone call rather than an email. And off to work they went again and found another buyer. More complications arose but Conran's went beyond the call of duty and got it over the line. Good work all round, well done Rob and the team.

GoogleFrom the initial viewing of our property we knew Conran were the estate agents for us, they were so complimentary and confident in selling our home we knew we could trust them to deliver. We want you to thank Hayden and Tamer in particular for all the efforts they have taken to see the sale of our first property through. Thank you for bearing with us and adjusting with the different demands, it was by no means a smooth sale but Conran communicated effortless between us and our buyer to ensure there was no confusion and the process could remain open and honest. GoogleI have an incredibly difficult property to sell due to various and major issues with the whole property, the staff here will tell you. I had tried many other estate agencies but wish I had came here first (I am not London based). Erika was a Fairy Godmother to me and no idea how she worked such a miracle in getting my life back in times like this. I was having many wobbles that this was never going to happen but she held my hand and was able to FINALLY get me over the finish line with her professionalism and understanding.
