GoogleI moved to Conran after my previous estate agent was proving useless and it was the right decision. I was dealt with by Rob who had a strategy planned for me to sell my flat, which indeed worked unlike the other estate agent who tells you to reduce your price if they cannot sell your property. This was not the case with Conran. Joelle was the negotiator I was dealing with, and she was very friendly, helpful and always communicating with me via phone or email. At the end, it all worked out and I am very happy with the service I received from both of them and Conran.

GoogleBig thank you to the amazing Jodie ter Brake for being an absolute dream of an agent. We ran incredibly, eye-wateringly late for a viewing and she was so kind and patient with us that it blew our minds. Her communication via phone and email is also prompt and seamless. When it comes to property, Jodie's knowledge knows no bounds and she went above and beyond in helping us on our journey. Jodie has fantastic local knowledge, a real cheerleader for the area and has plenty of insider tips. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Brockley branch of Conran before, and this experience was just as wonderful. Jodie is an absolute asset to Conran in every way.

GoogleHighly recommend speaking to Will Roden! My experience with him was exceptional! Will helped us with our new family home and did everything possible to secure it while getting us a great deal. Amazing guy and a real joy. Extremely patient, very responsive and always happy to assist us when needed. He consistently kept us updated throughout the process while chasing different parties when required. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe’ve had a fantastic experience with Conran Charlton, from the valuation to the sale, the process and staff have been amazing. Their confidence and professional during viewings resulted in a very prompted sale so we couldn’t be happier. Will especially has been amazing. There was constant dialogue, and he was always happy to answer the phone/ email queries. He has made the process so much easier and pleasant. Every estate agent needs a Will! We have already recommended them to our neighbor and they have also said they have been very impressed.

GoogleWe had a pleasant experience as a first time buyer using Conran and felt that overall the agents we worked with were calm, helpful and didn't put too much pressure on us. The reason for the 4/5 is that we did feel a little bit rushed at the end with our conveyancers advice to get a deed of variance for the ground rent and threats of the seller's seller pulling out. We've heard this before and I do wonder if it's a tactic to exchange and complete (it may not be). The seller's solicitor did give some good logic to proceed without it though, however there is always a chance this will come back and cause us problems when we try and sell. Overall we love the property we purchased and are grateful to Will and Jodie for all their help and being pleasant to work with. We would also definitely consider using Conran again down the line should we be selling, buying or renting, and would also recommend them. A big thanks to them for helping us with the purchase.

Hi Mike thank you for your kind review. I appreciate the comment about the rushed bit at the end. I assure you that we would never do this unless there was a real chance of the chain collapsing. As it was the sellers seller then we could only accept the information at face value - we also are not fans at this stage of the process when some sellers/buyer start threatening to collapse the chain. We will always mediate honestly and effectively to our clients - this is the ethos of Conran. Thank you for mentioning this point though. GoogleWe recently both sold our property and purchased our new one through Conran Charlton. They handled the entire process fantastically, with a special shout out to Jodie for going above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion. She handled the process from initial valuation, all the way through to completion, expertly managing all parts of the chain, while patiently answering questions and providing reassurance. The path to exchange was challenging and I have no doubt that without her hard work, and Will on the sale side, we would not have been able to complete the transaction. I would recommend Conran to other buyers/sellers without hesitation.
