A big thank you to Hayden at Conran for his excellent assistance in renting a flat they had their books. The process was easy and Hayden was helpful whenever we had questions. I've sold with Conran twice now. I bought my first flat with Doug 25 years ago! I've also rented via them for a number of years. To be honest, working with them is like being with family - the nice part of the family that you look forward to meeting and always helps you out. I sort of regret selling and moving out of Greenwich because it means that I've no longer an excuse to talk to them. Really nice people. They really look after you and do their best by you. I wished they covered central London.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Jay Robson was very prompt in coming back to our enquiries. He showed us two properties and was very accomodating, polite and knowledgeable on the properties and local area. He answered all of the questions we had and was always available on the phone and email for follow up queries.

Jodie inherited the sale of my flat from previous chain of colleagues. The sale was at risk at one point not to go through however she was thorough, professional, engaging and full of energy. I truly believe that it is only due to her efforts that we completed after six months and one week! She’s a diamond.

Hayden was great throughout the whole process of purchasing my first property- there was certainly a few speed bumps along the way (outside of everyone’s control) but Hayden remained proactive, honest and helpful throughout.

Very professional with excellent communication. Despite being the buyer, I felt that Conran were genuinely interested in how the process was going for me and always presented as approachable and available. They always responded to my emails in a timely manner and helped to ensure that the process ran smoothly for all. Furthermore, they were kind and thoughtful enough to provide me with a lovely housewarming gift too! I would not hesitate to use them in future should I decide to sell. Thanks again!

We had the pleasure of working with Conran, Charlton for both the sale and purchase of our property. It was an absolute pleasure working with the entire team who pitched in to help sell our property. A special shout out to Jodie and Will for handling the paperwork and some crazy unrelenting lawyers to get us to exchange (considering it was a long chain). Jodie also worked on her day off to ensure the exchange goes through fine… We can highly recommend them and will be definitely going back to them if we plan to buy/sell again.

The service I received was excellent. Michael, the branch manager gave great advice on how to effectively market my property for sale. Will Roden, senior negotiator, found a buyer within 2 weeks of the property going on sale and managed the process thereafter efficiently and professionally. I should also say that Will was approachable and extremely dedicated. I would highly recommend Conran Estate Agents.
