GoogleMy wife emailed in to express interest on a property. They replied and provided a video as requested. She then called and spoke to Samantha who said she'd send more suitable properties but never did. In the meantime about 6 properties have been reduced, including the one I had enquired about at a higher price. I won't be using these people to sell my home based on this. We are motivated to move and it seems like they can't be bothered.

GoogleWhen communicating with Nikki, she is absolutely amazing and she helped us secure our dream home. Excellent service from the start, very friendly and provided great support to help the process move quickly and smoothly. She was always available by phone or email, and promptly got back to us to answer any enquires. GoogleHaving just moved away from the Progress Estate in Eltham after some 20 years of happily living there, I must thank Rob and Erika at Conran Estates in Eltham for a great job done indeed. Very professional and friendly at the same time. I would highly recommend Conran to anyone considering selling or purchasing in the area.

GoogleDealt with Erika in the Eltham branch, she was nothing but helpful and professional. From the day i viewed my chosen property with her she carefully walked me through the whole process. She gave me great advice and even though the whole buying and selling process was a challenge she kept me calm, gave me advice on how to deal with things and just made the whole process a lot easier for me. I would highly recommend using Conran and hopefully you will be lucky enough to deal with Erika!

GoogleI cannot thank Michael and Abbie enough for their help and support in selling my flat during the Covid 19 crisis - clearly these are not normal operating conditions and they went above and beyond to help get this over the line. I was out of the country for some of the process and they supported me throughout with letting workmen into the property to complete work required ahead of the sale and coming up with alternative solutions regarding key transfer to ensure that the process could continue despite the lockdown. Thanks again for all your help!

Google5 star service. Having recently viewed a property with Tamer, he was professional and friendly. He knew the property and provided me with all the relevant information on the day also answered all my questions during my viewing, rather than having to find out which was great. At the start of lockdown this seemed unlikely.However the team at Conran - Tamer,Doug,Hayden and Evie made sure that everything was kept on task and the sale able to progress smoothly.I have known members of the team over a number of years and chose to work with them again for their commitment, professionalism and attention to detail. They kept all parties fully informed over the period when we were unable progress.It is a mark of the team's excellent working relationship that matters could be progressed when some of them were furloughed. GoogleWe purchased a property through Conran's Charlton branch and were delighted with the experience. Our main contact was Abbie Kendall, but we also had interactions - all of which were great - with Michael and Rob. We felt really supported throughout our buying experience. When the first property we were interested in didn't pan out (also listed through Conran), Abbie gave us the heads up about another one that would shortly be coming onto the market which she thought we might be interested in and was very much worth a look. We were feeling a bit disheartened after things didn't progress with the initial property we liked but Abbie really encouraged us to take a look at the other one so we booked in a viewing and made an offer shortly after. Throughout the buying process Abbie was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. When exchange day finally came around, she actually ended up giving us more insight into what was going on across the chain than the agent who was selling our property (but who, funnily enough, was sure to be in touch when the time came to let us know what we owed for the sale of our flat!). I really felt like Conran had our interests, as well as their own clients' interests, at heart throughout the process. Having now moved into the house and met the neighbours I've also only heard good things about this branch. They really seem to know the area and - by the looks of the For Sale boards in the vicinity - seem very established here. Hopefully we won't be looking to move any time soon but if we are in need of an agent in the future we will definitely be looking to Abbie and Conran Estates (and avoiding KFH like the plague!). Thanks Abbie and the team for helping us find a wonderful new home - we're still over the moon!

GoogleWe had a very positive experience when purchasing our flat through Conran Estates. Doug who showed us the flat at first was very warm and knowledgeable of the property and the area. Afterwards our purchase was handled by Tamer, and on occasion Hayden, who were both very efficient in responding to queries and did so in a friendly and helpful manner. We were particularly impressed by the regular updates we received along the process. We have had less than satisfactory experiences with other agents in the Greenwich area, Conran definitely excelled in comparison. I recommend!

GoogleBeen using Conran for years, they are not cheap but they will find you a suitable good quality tennant and ensure all the paperwork, background checks and tennancy is in order. Edelyn Reynolds did a great job of following up on the all admin side once we found tennants.
