GoogleBrought my first house through Clee in Morriston. Absolutely fantastic service. Starting with Emma and Ashley showing me around the house on my viewing’s, Chris and Chloe both very help full in the negotiation of the property and then Tracy who has been fantastic and has kept me informed every step of the way keeping me posted with every thing. Nothing has ever been to much to ask from these guys and has really made buying my first house that much more relaxing. Would strongly recommended them. Thank you all. Joe.

GoogleThey recommend that their clients instruct Carreg Law Solicitors who are very expensive solicitors that provide an unprofessional service. You are made to feel that your matter is not important, you can never get hold of the solicitor and everything takes too long.

FacebookI would like to compliment the excellent customer service that Gareth, at the Swansea Office, has provided both my son and I, in recent months. My son is student at Swansea University and Gareth was able to offer us a viewing in the local area with easy access to university on foot. Gareth was also able to negotiate a suitable payment plan in conjunction with my son’s student finance payments. Other agents were not so flexible. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, my son had to leave his tenancy early and despite my son being referred on to the landlord (as Clee were only involved in the letting of the property) Gareth was still able to offer help and advice to conclude the tenancy. Gareth is a credit to the company and we would thoroughly recommend Clee/Gareth to others.
