Thank you for your feedback. When we agree a sale we take our vendors instructions as to whether they want to continue with viewings, on this occasion they did not wish to continue with any further viewings.

GoogleWe recently bought a property from Clees and I would highly recommend, from the initial enquiry of viewing a different property which wasn’t right for us Chris ensured he knew what we were looking for and then came up with a cracker for us at the right price point. The after sales was 2nd to none Tracy was a diamond nothing was a bother for her and she always chased everything up even when there were issues she did her best to resolve them... and there were a few... if I was selling or buying another property they would be my first port of call and the gift at end of purchase was a nice touch... thanks to all the team at Clees Morriston

We were originally let down by our individual broker, Clee recommended a broker who they work closely with who was AMAZING. The broker was able to get us the best deal & supported us so much when we were overwhelmed with all the processes. Clee kept us informed & updated at all times. They handled sale of my property in Pontardawe - and to be frank there is no-one else I would use. Ryan was professional, friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the house. Carol...Carol kept a problematic sale on track during a very tough time (COVID). Always on the ball, always keeping us updated - chasing buyers and solicitors to make sure all on track. Made a very stressful move much easier. If you want to sell your house in this area, don't look elsewhere, you'd be wasting your time. Oh - just to add, Rebecca (now sadly left) was also excellent - had done a lot of homework prior to valuation, came prepared with lots of examples to justify her price - which was spot on. -Gareth (Bronywawr).

What should've been a quick, painless service was dragged along somewhat thanks to our Buyer's solicitors. Jeian at the Llandovery branch did everything possible to get answers and whilst the experience was stressful (beyond belief!) concluded a week before Christmas. Fees were reasonable and the photo quality of the sales brochure were absolutely superb.

My job is to buy and sell . But even though buying a house in this buisness is considered work . I am refused viewings because of covid . They need to learn the guidelines and rules on travel . And based in their non understanding of the basic rules, I can only imagine that this would not be a good company to work with .

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased a property through Clee’s in Llandeilo, the 3 girls are friendly, efficient and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them,. They kept us up to date with all relevant correspondence from the vendors and solicitors, phoning if there was anything that needed immediate attention. We would highly recommend them from both a selling and buying perspective.

Dealt with the Morriston branch. Unfortunately, would never buy from this branch and certainly wouldn't recommend. At the beginning, staff were polite and friendly but this soon changed to noncommunicative and unprofessional. Very disappointed.
