Googleterrible company, they let a flat that had the floor collapsing, wardrobes full of damp, non working oven (they suggested "buy a microwave") all in all a bunch of cowboys that dont answer the phone to deal with issues or the contact is "out at the moment", never again will i touch this company for a rental

GoogleGet away from these people! LISTEN TO ME AND ANY OTHER ONES COMPLAINING! We are truly saying what happened to us! Unfortunately I did not know this in advance of renting a property in Sutton with them. Little did I know that my 3 years of contract with them will be just problem after problem. Luckily, I had the pleasure to be able to deal with my landlady directly, so we both were able to skip them in many of the normal problems that may occur at a tenancy, Choices Sutton staff are rude, disrespectful and plain ignorant. REAL SITUATION: After a year with my contract I am contacted by Choices that I need to renew my 1 year contract to a long term (indefinite I think, no expired date). I said ok, thinking I only have to sign this paper and get along with my lovely apartment and great landlady. Here was my surprise, when I pop into the office to sign it, to be informed that they would be a charge of £90 for exchange of contracts! I tried to fight it,explaining that I didn't understand why I was being charged for staying longer than a year! They are quite squared so they will give you the same answer, BECAUSE IT LIKE THIS! I contacted my landlady, who had then to talk to Headquarters, because she was not going to lose a great paying tenant just because they wanted £90 for doing nothing, same contract, same name just different date. Headquarters agreed to cancel the fee in order not to lose my landlady as a client. When I went to sign again, the "Estate Agent" after reading my email from Headquarters and giving me a non-timed contract to sign ( I only need to give 1 month written notice if I wanted to leave) tells me: " Ok, you don't have to pay now, but if you want to change to a short tenancy contract, like a one year contract, we will have charge you the £90".... WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT TO DO THAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A LONG TERM CONTRACT !!?? When my landlady decided to sell her place, they probably are the worst sellers EVER! they did have no idea what they were saying, she was making up things ( I know because I was there! listening!) Case closed! they are airheads! with make up and hair gel :) Run far from these people, your life will be much easier! NOTICED THE FAKE REVIEWS THEY HAVE FROM GOOGLE USERS????? SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleAvoid where you can. Very quick in taking the deposit on the same day the viewing happened but never got a reply back when asking questions. Only unrelated emails which did not answer my questions at all. Supposed to move into a property and got a date. One day prior to that suddenly the asking rent was raised. The referencing company they work with is also not to be recommended. Asked my for my reference, which were sent, 2 days afterwards they required more information, further 4 days later they realized they want to know more. All these things caused delays.
