GoogleHave been really impressed with my Agent Katie today. She is SO friendly, pleasant and helpful. She even went out of her way to fetch me for a viewing to meet up with Helen, who was also so friendly and helpful, because I still can’t drive. Am really happy to know that they are taking care of my needs and trying to find me a suitable home. Thanks Katie and Helen!

GoogleThe service has been exceptional........ Tunde worked very hard to make sure I secured a property I wanted and was professional friendly & very positive, always keep me updated and Ashley in the office on the last few days of completion of signing really helped when I hit a few challenges, she really eased my mind....... everything was handled professionally with kindness and care and both these members of the team went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t have any worries impossible was nothing to them! Thank you a great couple of people, a great team a great business you have my vote...

GoogleThe communication can sometimes be a hit and miss but when we needed anything urgently or important Nicole was always very helpful and prompt with her replies. The checking in and the hand over of the keys was great and very efficient and we moved in in no time which was great. The only issue we had was with an inexperience landlord who owned the property, which meant unreal expectations and therefore unfortunately caused issues where there shouldn't of been any and a delay in returning the bond. Other than that a great service from the company and would recommended and use again thank you.

GoogleChoices have taken such good care of me I really could not have asked more. As a tenant it makes such a difference to work with a letting agent you know you can trust. Amy Francis has been supportive, friendly and professional throughout my tenancy. The property was fully managed by choices and every step of the way I felt like they were there for me as well as my landlord. I would recommend choices and going faward I now have a preference for properties that are managed in this way.
