Started renting a property 4 years ago. The move in process was fairly simple. Visiting from another country, I was not sure what to do with utilities. Chilterns had a list of companies that could supply all our utilities. After move in, any problems were dealt with via Fixflow website. They were always dealt with quickly, when the landlord was easy to get ahold of. Today I just cleared my move out inspection. They are very thorough to make sure the house is in the same condition that you received it. I only have to re-clean the windows and doors. If I was a owner I would be happy to have them manage my property. As a renter, I'm happy that they also understand minor wear and tear is expected. Would recommend Chilterns in Brandon to anyone looking to rent.

Was professional at first until I met Sue. Her house inspections are up to insane standards. Failed me for having laundry on my couch and dishes in my sink, then wrote a letter to my landlord saying I was a terrible tenant. We were actually purchasing a property through Chiltern’s. It was a bit of a roller coaster and in the end it unfortunately fell through due to our buyer pulling out at the last minute. However, I would like to praise the Chiltern’s team for their utmost dedication to us. They really pulled out all the stops in an effort to secure the purchase for us.
