rented a house for 14 years in Thetford…

rented a house for 14 years in Thetford ross walk .Landlord didn't done a single painting or refurbishment in those 14 years .Even garden didn't have a grass seeded, has only soil. Now moved out -they charging me for 3 bulbs (which was in the lamp just not screwed properly , as would be to bright-when moved in had pcs of cable with bulb hanging from the sealing , now has professionally installed lamps by sert. eng) and dirty toilet sits -300 £.Ignoring my dispute , as from all points is normal wear issue. Report they sent , didn't state a single repair needed. They advertised same house in same week , without even painting or changing carpets (still has broken mouldy sealant around sink).SCAM
