GoogleWe were lucky enough to deal with Becky... It was the first time we had brought through a modern auction... She clearly explained the process ... When we needed to view the property on a couple of occasions, she was always on time and professional.. any questions we threw at her, she answered or went away and found out the information in a very timely manner... fantastic service

GoogleI am a first time buyer and come with a million and one questions and concerns and Val was my first encounter with any estate agent. She was fantastic, she communicated brilliantly helping me through the whole process and for that I couldn’t be more grateful. I received excellent customer service and was extremely pleased with the guidence and knowledge she provided. If you require a stress free service I would highly recommend Val and Chilterns.

GoogleOur experience has been amazing, nothing has been too much trouble, from first viewing to the offer being passed on, all feedback was informative, upfront and consistent. Easy to contact, returned calls promptly, polite and courteous at all times. When memorandum of sale started, assisted with all requirements and everything dealt with in a professional way. Special thanks to Valeria P, at Brandon who we truly fully recommend, from initial viewing to all the follow on procedures. Certainly an asset to Chilterns.
