All the staff in the Thetford Branch, Katherine, Joe and Becky were nothing but fantastic. This house sale, 70 Mackenzie Road Thetford has not been an easy transition with a breakdown of the first buyer. They always are professional, courteous, smart and always there to assist either over the phone or in branch. ASAP has not been such a good experience until I asked for a different representative as not satisfied with the first one assigned. Darcie is a bubbly professional who works tirelessly and very content she has been assigned to us. She gives regular feedback personally on the phone or via email/notes. I would 100% recommend Chilterns but err on the side of caution unless you know the operative.

Chilterns have been incredible with selling my house. I had previously been listed with two other agents. I came to Chilterns after being on the market for a year and was completely exhausted from the process. Joe was very honest with me from the beginning in what they could achieve as an agent, when I have asked for guidance Joe was always happy to give me his opinion but still follow what I felt was right. He was an excellent “sounding board”. Becky and Katherine have been incredible too and again, very open, honest and approachable. At no point have I felt pushed by any of the team to lower prices to aid the sale, something I had been told to do previously to my detriment. Ultimately, Joe, Becky and Katherine did what two other agents couldn’t, they got me over the finish line when I had lost all hope!
