GoogleJoe and the whole Chilterns team provided a professional, responsive and personalised service for the probate sale of my sister's house. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and went out of their way to offer advice and ensure a smooth stress free transaction. Highly recommend - I contacted other agents in the area but they couldn't compare to the level of service Chilterns were happy to provide. This made the sale so much easier for me as I lived some distance from Norfolk and was trying to deal with a house sale at a difficult time. Thank you Chilterns !

We were consistently kept informed, and they delivered exceptional customer service, working tirelessly to achieve the best outcome. We highly recommend the Thetford team, everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Special mention goes to Joe and Becky, who led the charge with our property sale. We are now well and truly settled on the other side of the move and are incredibly grateful to them.

GoogleFrom the first introduction I found Chilterns to be extremely professional and easy to deal with. This was an emotional sale for me and at times a rollercoaster ride but I felt very safe with them as my agent and Katherine & Becky kept me calm and positive, guiding me to a successful completion. GoogleWhat should have been a very straight forward move was inevitably not, however Joe, Becky and the team kept us up to date with all goings on and were very professional throughout (even when our new build company weren't!) Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, helpful and professional team!

GoogleDuring what turned out to be quite a challenging house-selling experience, Chilterns were very good about staying on top of developments, chasing the people who needed to be chased, and keeping us updated as events unfolded. We were very happy with the price thay achieved for us. Katherine, as our main point of contact, was excellent, while Dan and Becky were always helpful and aware of the latest position. We would recommend the company.

GoogleExcellent service provided over a 10 year period as a landlord. Always quick to manage and deal with issues effectively, and always willing to help out when asked. Particularly happy with the service provided by the staff when support / info was required when serving an accelerated eviction notice. The subsequent house sale was also managed very efficiently. Professional, knowledgable, friendly and reliable. Would recommend their services to any landlord, house seller or buyer.
