GoogleFrom the first introduction I found Chilterns to be extremely professional and easy to deal with. This was an emotional sale for me and at times a rollercoaster ride but I felt very safe with them as my agent and Katherine & Becky kept me calm and positive, guiding me to a successful completion. GoogleDuring what turned out to be quite a challenging house-selling experience, Chilterns were very good about staying on top of developments, chasing the people who needed to be chased, and keeping us updated as events unfolded. We were very happy with the price thay achieved for us. Katherine, as our main point of contact, was excellent, while Dan and Becky were always helpful and aware of the latest position. We would recommend the company.

GoogleI hate talking on the phone with the receptionists. It seems they always have an attitude, it makes dealing with this company a terrible experiance. I've been renting for almost three years and everytime I'm on the phone they have to say something disrespectful such as when I was paying rent with my card, "Why dont you have your rent setup like every other military member?" -Allison Or when I was on the phone running the water trying to see if the hot water works yet."You have to run the water longer then 3 seconds." (Clearly ran the water longer then 3 seconds.) Or "you dont remember that when you signed the lease agreement?" (2 years after the fact I signed it) I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone. Find a different letting agency, it will save you the headache.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI had reason to phone to discuss an invoice I had received and was lucky enough to speak to Allison who was extremely patient with me and explained exactly what the invoice was for and how it was calculated. I found her to be extremely helpful and understanding and a credit to the Company

GoogleWe purchased a property through Chilterns Brandon, and it couldn’t have been smoother, Andrew was very helpful and proactive with keeping us up to date all along the process! As a result we decided to utilise Chilterns local knowledge and expertise to manage our rental! Again the service was outstanding. This was our first time renting out our property and Chilterns ensured that they discussed the whole process with us so we could make an informed decision, they managed our expectations of current values and achieved a more than fair price for us, but most importantly got us suitable tenants. GoogleAmazing service! Chilterns have been so helpful throughout the years we have rented through them, always responding promptly to any queries/problems we had. Recently they have helped us move from one property under them to another and due to a cross over period they were helping us deal with 2 houses at once. They are always friendly and calm and ensured our transition went as smoothly and as stressfree as possible. I spent a lot of time back and forward on the phone and was never made to feel like I was pestering or a hindrance. 100% would recommend.

They turned around the memorandum of sale and supplying documents within an hour of the offer being accepted. Andrew & Darren kept us up to date every step of the way, they were both very personable and attentive and I found our calls very enjoyable.
