GoogleI'm so grateful to Chiltern's for their help with both the sale and purchase of properties. We really felt that we were cared about and nothing was too much trouble or a hassle. Every query we had was answered, no matter how trivial, and we were seen as people rather than potential sales - we had met a couple of other estate agents whose eye was clearly only on the prize, but we didn't feel like this at all with Chiltern's. Every help was given that we needed, and the pragmatic approach of the business was really appreciated - we needed realism and practicality rather than a hard sale, and Chiltern's provided this brilliantly. Andrew, Darren, Yannis and Emma couldn't have been more helpful or caring, and I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending Chiltern's to anybody looking to sell or purchase a property. A house move is always a challenging experience, but this was made as easy as possible by the team and I'm extremely thankful; they couldn't have been better.

GoogleI was very apprehensive about selling my bungalow and moving away to be nearer my family, following the sudden and untimely death of my husband. Right from the start, Chilterns helped allay my fears and promised to support me all the way, which is exactly what they did. Darren, who dealt with my sale, was amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he had untold patience with my many questions and fears. He always managed to put my mind at rest, as did all the other staff in the office. When Darren wasn't in, I often spoke to Andrew, who again, couldn't have done more to help and was always very kind. Yannis, who came to see me at the very beginning of the process, when I was entering uncharted waters, couldn't have been more reassuring and gave me the confidence to choose Chilterns as my estate agents. I immediately knew that I had made the right choice , through their professional and yet, very down to earth approach. I can't praise the team highly enough and thank them for their first class service. I can thoroughly recommend them !

Purchasing my second home, I spoke to several different estate agents and most seemed as if they were the typical used car salesmen (trying to make a sell and move on to the next person). Andrew was very active in assisting me stay on top of the solicitors and provided updates throughout the process. This really helped ease my mind. GoogleI cannot rate Chilterns , Brandon, highly enough. Darren and Andrew worked as a team to ensure they gave the highest level of attention to the selling of my mum's house. They were professional, cheerful and always working in our best interest. Communication was excellent and I always felt informed of how everything was progressing. I would not hesitate to choose and recommend them if buying in the local area.
