GoogleAs first time buyers the process was a little new to us. We registered with Chilterns to alert us once properties that matched our criteria came to market. Which they did promptly! Upon viewing the property chilterns were super flexible accommodating an evening viewing for us. Throughout the whole process they have been brilliant offering advise and recommendations and making the whole process alot easier. Also a special mention to Katherine who has been our main point of contact - always responding swiftly and never minding any questions - and as first time buyers we had quite a few! GoogleJoanne and her team were absolutely brilliant. Joanne was open and honest with us when valuing the property and admitted it probably wouldn’t be the easiest house to sell but that they would do their upmost to get it sold for us and within 6 weeks of it being on the market we had 5 offers ! They never gave us false hope and always provided us with their honest opinions and advice. They are such a lovely team and we will definitely use them again and 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you so so much for everything! The Stone family xx

GoogleWe have just purchased a property through Chilterns and dealt with Katherine and Becky. Both Katherine and Becky were very professional from the outset and continued checking in and progressing our sale throughout. We didn’t have the easiest time due to our buyers solicitor but they were both fantastic at every hurdle that we came up against, pushing things along and supporting us through the stress! We definitely will be using Chilterns again in the future and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

GoogleI would highly recommend Chilterns Estate Agents. Communication was excellent - Katherine in particular was brilliant. We were also very pleased with the marketing we received. The photos of our property as well as the 360 tour looked excellent on Rightmove compared to other local properties which quickly got viewers through the door. I wouldn’t hesitate to instruct Chilterns again in the future.

Preston, thank you for revising your review rating. I believe you have rented before overseas and the process may have been simpler and less involved. As an established Letting agent we do follow a strict code of practice and work within a tight structure of legislation and regulations. This can be daunting when trying to rent a property but as I am sure you have now experienced, our excellent team is on hand to guide where possible.
