Best estate agents in Richmond - Dan Johns & Danny Hicks In this horrible Brexit buyers market, if you wish to sell your flat, Chase Buchanan is you best bet! Out flat was on sale with 2 other popular high street agents for a long while (before we moved to Chase Buchanan) , during that time, our flat attracted many viewings but the other agents never managed to seal a deal. But Daniel (CB)found us 2 buyers within 3 months of marketing our flat. We had certain issues during our sale, our buyer was very difficult, but Danny helped iron everything out and handled the exchange process so smoothly and professionally. We would never have been able to move to our next home if not for their dedication and hard work. We can’t thank them enough. They were very transparent and understanding throughout the process, they never once gave us False hopes but neither did they let us loose faith. They were so quick to revert with viewing feedbacks unlike other agents we had employed earlier. Danny and Dan are so quick to respond to emails, and they make you feel that you as a customer mean a lot to them! I was very pleased with the service from Danny and Daniel. Very proactive, thorough and professional. In particular they were spot on with the pricing and in selecting the right clients to view. And the fact that they personally attended the viewings made a huge difference both in looking after the house and in making the sale. Danny approached me after my house had been on the market for a while told me that he could do a better job and would sell the house by XMAS. Despite a delay in appointing him he did just that. CB Richmond have helped me sell my house in a very difficult market The 2 guys helping me were Danny and Daniel They were a dynamic team.They were both friendly and helpful with many years experience and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have been pleasantly impressed with Chase Buchanan and especially Dan Johns. He offers a lot of guidance and support, especially in the current market and Brexit influences. He has made it easy and accessible to keep in touch and he has chased the vendor and made sure the chain will progress nicely and in a timely manner. Furthermore, the human element has been absolutely great, as we felt like we have a friend in charge of the move. I used chase when I bought my first property 10 years ago. When it came time to sell I admit I considered using the online estate agents, but in the end decided to go with chase due to their extensive local knowledge and my previous experience. The selling process was very easy and our property sold in less than 2 weeks, the buying process however was a little less straight forward.
