GoogleI recently had the pleasure of meeting and being guided by a Ms.Naj Fox. She was an absolute joy and was so kind and caring with my every need! She was always so patient with me, as I can be a very indecisive person, and greatly appreciated the consideration and kindness she showed me! Will be sure to come again should I need to! Would thoroughly reccomend this branch if she reflects her employees.

GoogleCannot recommend highly enough! Great service from start to finish. Everyone in the team is so caring and understanding. I met Annalise first when she came to value my property and right from the start she was very professional, sincere, knowledgeable and really warm and caring. She made me feel well looked after and I felt like I could trust her. Right from the start I picked up on the fact that their standards are very high and this was very comforting and reassuring as that was exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the process, I was kept informed on everything and felt that they were very respectful despite the fact that I was a first time landlord. I couldn't ask for better service and couldn't be happier! If you're looking for great service and perfecting standards, these guys are hard to beat!

The team is warm and friendly, always thorough, supportive and available, providing immediate responses and nothing was ever too too much trouble for them. GoogleIt’s rare and refreshing to find such an enthusiast sales team who deliver results whilst providing regular feedback throughout the sales process. CB sold our property within two weeks of listing and above our asking price. Sophie in particular was extremely professional and driven. She was results focussed, working outside normal business hours when required in order to finalise the sale and achieve the best possible price. Hugely impressed and would definitely use Chase Buchanan again.

Sophie was endlessly patient, making sure everyone was kept in the loop and reassured, which resulted in us moving to a lovely house we could have lost but for the good relationship. GoogleIts the day after I have moved into my new home, the whole process having taken just three months and I couldn't be happier with the amazing support and efficiency of the Chase Buchanan Team, Sophie in particular. A house I had always wanted came up for sale and in the space of 9 days (just pre Christmas) Sophie managed to sell my property and secure the property I wanted at prices that worked for everyone. I thought that was good..but it was the support in the following few weeks that I really appreciated when things, as they always do, got a little trickier along the chain. Sophie was incredibly responsive, supportive and handled everyone really well. I will miss popping in to the office for an update. I would definitely recommend.

I have used them for many years and cannot speak highly enough of them, Mark and his team have gone way beyond the call of duty to help me as a land lord. GoogleWe used this company as they had great prices a professional team and always friendly even the boss has taken his time to help on many different occasions. We currently still rent from Bereford Ward and if we move they will be the first people we go to. I have recommended this company to friends and family. There are no hidden charges like you find elsewhere and if we need any questions answered they always happy to help on phone or in person.

GoogleDawn and Danny at the Richmond office were really great from start to finish. Whilst marketing our property, they understood our situation well and listened to us, to act accordingly to help us achieve the result we wanted. Once they had secured our buyers, they kept us regularly informed with updates, and we always felt the transaction was secure. They were also great at liaising with their St Margaret's office, to ensure that our onward purchase moved forward smoothly. The end result was a very swift, drama free transaction, taking less than 7 weeks from offer to exchange. We would not hesitate to recommend Dawn and Danny to those looking to sell their property, or buy a property, in the area.
