GoogleDawn and Danny at the Richmond office were really great from start to finish. Whilst marketing our property, they understood our situation well and listened to us, to act accordingly to help us achieve the result we wanted. Once they had secured our buyers, they kept us regularly informed with updates, and we always felt the transaction was secure. They were also great at liaising with their St Margaret's office, to ensure that our onward purchase moved forward smoothly. The end result was a very swift, drama free transaction, taking less than 7 weeks from offer to exchange. We would not hesitate to recommend Dawn and Danny to those looking to sell their property, or buy a property, in the area.

GoogleTerrible experience, boards up at flats where they are not selling properties! Surely this is not right? I called and asked to view and was told they have nothing for sale there, this happened on more than one occasion! The team are unprofessional, didnt call me back when I rang in and when i called back, no record of me could be found! I have now brought through an alternative agent. This is not a "fake review" as Chase Buchanan have claimed!!
Fake Review, you work for one of our competitors. Either that, or someone has adopted your name to cause friction between the two companies. We have reported this to Google and will be closely monitoring any attempts to damage our excellent name.

GoogleExcellent is the only way to describe them! A buyer was found for the property within a few days of the property going on the market but for legal reasons the sale took a year to complete. Mark was fantastic, he checked on the empty property regularly and kept me updated through the long process of waiting for the sale to go through. I cannot imagine how difficult it would have been for me without his help. A big thank you Mark.

GoogleFidelis were recommended to us by a friend and we soon found out why, as right from the beginning of the process, we had lots of viewings which were organised so as to minimise any disruption to us and our dog. Mark then kept us fully informed all the way through and when we encountered some major glitches close to the completion date he managed to save the day when other estate agents would have given up! Highly recommended!!!

GoogleA most professional and affable company that offered a service well beyond what might have been expected. Couldn't have asked for more. Patrick, the director, went out of his way to accommodate our house sale. To offer an example, we went abroad the morning after the property was listed, leaving by mistake a faulty copy of keys with the agency. We weren't able to arrange for a good copy to be with the agency until early evening. Patrick re-arranged a viewing for 19.00 that same night with a potential buyer who wouldn't otherwise have been in a position to view (and who ended up being our actual buyer). Fidelis arranged for 15 viewings in the 5 days following our listing. We received multiple offers and were able to agree to a raised offer within a week, with exchange occurring just two months after listing. The marketing material Fidelis produced was of very high quality. Professional photos, EPC, floor plans etc were all included within the very competitive fee. Patrick, Mark and all the back office staff were fantastically supportive throughout. I honestly never heard a sentence starting 'We can't…' or 'We won't be able to…'. No call went unanswered and all emails were responded to without delay. When approaching exchange our buyers threatened to throw a couple of spanners in the works. Mark's experience ensured that the issues were quickly and amicably resolved to the satisfaction of both parties, allowing the transaction to proceed with no more than a minor delay to the original schedule. If all companies were as experienced, amiable and co-operative as Fidelis, business would be a considerably more pleasant affair. I would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended.

GoogleFrom the time Mark came out to my property to look around and Value, I felt like he was genuinely enthusiastic about the place and really keen to work with me. He explained everything in simple terms, gave great rates and sold my property to the first person that viewed it for full asking price! All of my relationships with the Fidelis team were brilliant and I was kept in the loop the entire time. It has been a pleasure doing business with them all.

I was kept informed of progress throughout the period from production of a fantastic brochure, admired by all, the discussions with the prospective buyers in price and the relationship with eventual buyer and myself to ensure a perfect completion of the selling process. Mark Flint was easily accessible throughout the period and gave valuable advice on the price and move process that was to follow. A nice friendly but professional person with great team support. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fidelis for selling your property and getting the best price.
