We've had such a fantastic experience dealing with Chase Buchanan at St Margarets. Both Lucy & Jade have been fantastic in the whole process from when our search commenced. I always welcomed a call from Chase as they really understood our needs in our property search and never wasted our time showing us properties that didn’t fit our criteria. It was a pleasure working with them and despite being signed up with many letting agencies Chase found us the perfect property to rent in the end. They have a genuine friendly and professional attitude which made the whole experience easier. Would highly recommend the Chase team in St Margarets.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This agency is one of the best letting agency in the whole of Plymouth! Mark and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to help us with the issues we had with our previous agency, we are extremely grateful and I don’t think I could ever find the words to express our gratitude towards them for everything they have done for us. Poor service, rude staff

I dealt with Danielle,Booked a viewing on Saturday and a confirmation email followed. Received a reminder on the day of viewing. My husband travelled 50 miles to view the property with me only to be told 1 and a half hour before the viewing that it wouldn’t be going ahead as they hadn’t heard back from the tenant for access. I wasn’t told this wasn’t a guaranteed viewing so was slightly confused why it had been ‘confirmed’.I emailed Danielle stating my disappointment due to the plans I had made to see this flat. I then received a call to tell me it was never arranged with the tenant and the confirmation emails I received were automated. I told Danielle it would have been common courtesy to tell me the viewing was dependent on the tenant being available but I was told ‘we don’t work that way, it’s not my fault your husband travelled all this way, are you an estate agent?’ - charming! I have had excellent service from all other estate agents during my search all of which have told me when a property has tenants in and that they will confirm with me when they have heard back. Extremely rude service, I do not recommend!

I was dealing with a guy from this agency called Elliot Finn..and unfortunately my experience was a long way off what I was expecting. We were greeted with scorn and hatred firstly. Then I’m sure when I was discussing a tenancy with him he was more concerned with his reflection in his monitor than anything I was discussing. Never coming back here!

We have recently sold through Chase and both Dan and Danny were imperative to this happening. It was not the easiest of sales with the first buyer pulling out at the 11th hour the first time around (at no fault of the agent) but they gave us the right advice and re sold the property quickly afterwards. We had a strict deadline to get the sale through before Christmas to which Daniel worked incredibly hard to get done and succeeded in doing so! One final thing is that they were both always on hand to discuss the sale. Whether by phone or email....which in a market where nothing is easy, this really can put your mind at ease.
